About this property

This stunning new 3 bedroom villa is located in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains in Kalkan's Kordere district. With uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay, all bedrooms have balconies from which to enjoy this breathtaking view.

The ground floor accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area , which opens directly on to the pool terrace. There is a large SMART flat screen television in the lounge and also in the two double bedrooms. Guests can benefit from the property's Netflix account.

The pool is 10 x 3.4 metres in size and has a depth of 1.55 metres. This pool has been designed to be secluded from outwith the villa making a good choice for those families wishing a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.

On the pool terrace there are ample sunbeds, umbrellas, comfortable seating and an alfresco dining area, all for our guests to use. Table tennis and tabe footbal will also be available for our guests entertainment during the 2021 season.
In addition to these there is also an indoor pool , which can be heated in the cooler months of the year for an additional 5500 Turkish Lire per week. This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year.

The two double bedrooms and the one twin bedroom are located on the upper floor. They all have views, en-suite bathrooms and balconies, and the master bedroom has a massive double jacuzzi too!

The property is air conditioned throughout, has wi-fi internet and parking adjacent parking.

Guests staying here would really need the use of a vehiclke due to the steepness of the hillside the villa is located on. Alternatively guests may prefer to use the reasonably priced taxi service ( a taxi to the centre is approximately £3-4 sterling).

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1000

Lovely

Everything was great except the internet was bad and heat in the big master bedroom was not heating enough. Loved the whole experience though and the view from the balcony is stunning
