This cosy villa located at the end of the street in the Mas Fumats urbanisation, in Roses, Costa Brava, offers relaxation and comfort for 4 adults plus a maximum of 2 children.



It is distributed on the same floor without stairs and has two air-conditioned rooms to rest during hot summer nights, one of them en suite with a shower, and another bathroom with a bathtub. There is a third room with bunk beds for children.



The open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your meals and breakfasts with ease, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.



Moreover, it has wifi, SmartTV, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.



The villa has an outdoor parking area for 2 cars.

Is electricity included?

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included within the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price. The price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.



What dimension does the swimming pool have?

It measures 4x8m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.70m.



How are the beds?

There are 4 beds of 90x200m and a bunk bed of 90x190m each bed.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
