About this property

"Family holiday home in the Mas Fumats neighborhood on the Costa Brava, Roses. With a pool and stunning views of the bay of Roses.

3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them en-suite, another bathroom with shower and a toilet, the renovated open kitchen in 2022 with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and kitchen utensils, Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ...

Dutch TV and some German and English channels, wifi, fenced parking for 2 cars and a barbecue area.

It is distributed over two floors, on the main floor, living room, kitchen and en-suite bedroom and on the lower floor the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom and access to the pool.

The pool does not have lighting for the night.

Mooie vakantie!!!

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis. Voorzien van alle faciliteiten zoals in de omschrijving. Goed werkende airco's, mooi zwembad en een handige buitenbar met koelkast. Goede wifi beschikbaar. Hebben we niet kunnen vinden.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse. Wir waren diesen Sommer das dritte Mal dort und würden immer wieder das Haus buchen. Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.
