The Baia House , overlooking the whole of the Foxi Manna Bay, is the ideal accommodation for groups up to 8 people, even better for two families who want to spend their holidays together without giving up space and comfort. The house is whole new, provided with taste and elegance, without sacrificing the functionality of all spaces.
In fact, the villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 1 is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea and 2 more double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds in the basement, 2 bathrooms of which 1 ground floor and 1 in the basement and a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob coffee maker, fridge, freezer and kettle. The bedrooms in the basement do not have a garden or the sea view, but still have large windows that allow the rooms to be bright and airy. From the living-dining room you can instead enjoy a breathtaking view from
stained glass, you will feel like touching the sea with a finger!!!
A shaded outdoor veranda with table and chairs for lunch and a second covered terrace equipped with a sink and a wood and gas barbecue for beautiful evening dinners with the moonlight over the sea.
Free wi-fi and air conditioning in all rooms.
But the plus of this property is the magnificent swimming pool for exclusive use which creates continuity with the sea thanks to its view of the bay. Outdoor shower for the pool, deck chairs and garden furniture.

Cost of final cleaning € 100. Possibility to have a cleaning lady on request, also during the week, at an additional cost of € 15.00 per hour. Very discreet and reserved gardener for garden and pool cleaning and maintenance (included in the rental price).

Dogs are welcome but it is absolutely forbidden for them to enter the pool to avoid damaging the pool engine.
