LA BAIA HOUSE - ELEGANT HOUSE WITH PANORAMIC VIEW ON THE BEACH OF FOXI MANNA

The Baia House , overlooking the whole of the Foxi Manna Bay, is the ideal accommodation for groups up to 8 people, even better for two families who want to spend their holidays together without giving up space and comfort. The house is whole new, provided with taste and elegance, without sacrificing the functionality of all spaces.
In fact, the villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 1 is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea and 2 more double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds in the basement, 2 bathrooms of which 1 ground floor and 1 in the basement and a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob coffee maker, fridge, freezer and kettle. The bedrooms in the basement do not have a garden or the sea view, but still have large windows that allow the rooms to be bright and airy. From the living-dining room you can instead enjoy a breathtaking view from
stained glass, you will feel like touching the sea with a finger!!!
A shaded outdoor veranda with table and chairs for lunch and a second covered terrace equipped with a sink and a wood and gas barbecue for beautiful evening dinners with the moonlight over the sea.
Free wi-fi and air conditioning in all rooms.
But the plus of this property is the magnificent swimming pool for exclusive use which creates continuity with the sea thanks to its view of the bay. Outdoor shower for the pool, deck chairs and garden furniture.
Sheets and household linen included in the price.
Cost of final cleaning € 100. Possibility to have a cleaning lady on request, also during the week, at an additional cost of € 15.00 per hour. Very discreet and reserved gardener for garden and pool cleaning and maintenance (included in the rental price).

Dogs are welcome but it is absolutely forbidden for them to enter the pool to avoid damaging the pool engine.

Excellent property for group of 6 adults- very quiet area -so if looking for buzzing nightlife try nearer to Cagliari- if like us you want relative peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings with all basic needs catered for (shops, restaurants bars etc) this is the place for you- the busy city of Cagliari is about an hours drive away. Excellent beach with clean safe bathing very close by- property was well maintained and in very good order- highly recommended 5*

Stunning Villa!

Stunning Villa with breathtaking views of Foxi Manna beach and beyond. Villa was exceptionally clean with beautiful decor. Fabulous garden with an abundance of beautiful plants. The infinity pool had amazing views across the bay. The nearest beach Foxi Manna was simply stunning. Communication with Maria was good 😊 There were 6 adults and 2 children in our family group and we all had an amazing holiday!

German:Das Ferienhaus war super schön – sehr gepflegt, alles sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Highlight war der Pool mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf die Bucht von Foxi Manna.Maria, unsere Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Foxi Manna bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 2 – 3 Restaurants. Sehr ruhig gelegen und optimal zur Entspannung nach dem stressigen Alltag. Auch der Strand in der Nähe war traumhaft. Foxi Manna bietet viele Wandermöglichkeiten und sehr viel Idylle. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. English:The holiday home was superb – very well maintained, everything very clean, and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the pool with its beautiful view over Foxi Manna Bay.Maria, our landlady, was very helpful and offered us advice and assistance.Foxi Manna offers shopping facilities and two or three restaurants. It's very quiet and ideal for relaxing after a stressful time. Unser Aufenthalt hier war rundherum einfach wunderbar. Superschönes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Pool und traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer; toller Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar; alles äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt, auch der tolle Garten und die untere überdachte Terrasse mit kleiner Outdoorküche; perfekt für zwei Familien geeignet und auch unsere Hunde haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt; authentische sardische Gegend etwas abseits des Massentourismus; nur zu empfehlen!!!

Wir waren 16 Nächte in diesem tollen Haus. Maria, unser Kontakt hat sich um alles super gekümmert. Bei Problemen oder Fragen war sie sofort verfügbar. Das Haus ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr abgelegen und der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass es ein sehr steilen Hang hochgeht und mit Gepäck und Kinder unmöglich war daher sind wir doch immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Ein Tipp für alle, die diese Villa buchen: Die Supermärkte drum herum sind wirklich teuer wir sind 40 min weiter gefahren in den Eurospin und haben es mit einem Strandtag verbunden, Richtung Tortoli gibt es sehr schöne Strände. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Motorradfahrern in der Unterkunft, um von dort aus unsere Touren zu starten. Es fing schon mit einer top Organisationen an, während des Aufenthaltes standen wir immer wieder in Kontakt, ob was fehlte (was nicht der Fall war) oder organisatorisch geklärt werden musste . Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Objekt und die Organisation nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist genau so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach und schnell. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Blick ist wirklich ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Zurück geht es dann gut bergauf, aber man kann sich ja direkt im Pool abkühlen :) Der einzige Nachteil an der Umgebung ist, dass dort sehr viele Baustellen sind, wo zum Glück während unseres Aufenthaltes niemand gearbeitet hat.

Komfortables Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Wunderschönes Haus oberhalb der Bucht, komfortabel ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand etwa 300m über eine steile Anliegerstrasse, trotz Hauptsaison (August) wenig los. Strandbars, Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe, ansonsten eher ruhige Gegend. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Tagsüber Motorrad, Nachmittags Relaxen am Pool

Wunderschönes gut ausgestattetes Haus mit freiem Blick auf das Meer und den Strand in der Bucht. Den Blick hat man vom Garten und auch direkt aus dem schönen Pool. Das Haus ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet, alles sauber und gepflegt. Für bis zu 8 Personen ist auch genug Platz. Unterhalb des Gartens mit Pool gibt es noch einen zweiten überdachten Sitzplatz mit großem Tisch, Gasgrill UND Grillstelle für Holzkohle. Vor dem Haus auf dem Grundstück war genug Platz für 6 Motorräder. Strand in 5 Gehminuten, Supermarkt und eine gute Pizzeria in 10 Gehminuten. Check-In und -Out völlig problemlos und die Betreuung und der Support durch Maria über WhatsApp während des Aufenthalts waren auch immer sehr freundlich und schnell. In jeder Hinsicht 5 Sterne. Herzlichen Dank und jederzeit gerne wieder.

sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit Traumblick

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Es fehlt an nichts, alles was man in der Küche benötigt ist da. Bei Ankunft war alles top sauber geputzt. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist ein Traum. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und zu unserer Zeit nicht überlaufen. Einzig die Umgebung ist mit vielen Baustellen gesäumt, und manchmal war auch Baulärm zu hören. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn der Gärtner sich angemeldet hätte, und nicht einfach aufs Grundstück gekommen wäre. Da wir einen Hund dabei hatten, kann das für den Gärtner gefährlich werden. Die Mäharbeiten hätten auch abgesprochen werden können, und am Ausflugstag durchgeführt werden. Wir werden aber bestimmt nochmal kommen.

Einfach schön!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war tip top sauber und ist total schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool mehrmals gereinigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und sardisches Gebäck. Und wann immer wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten war Maria erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert.

Tolles Haus mit atemberaubendem Ausblick

Perfekt gepflegter Garten und Poolbereich, wunderschöner Grill/-Essbereich mit tollem Blick, enorme Aussicht, hochwertige und umfassende Ausstattung. Toller Strand in gehweite. Leider viele Baustellen ringsrum bei denen zum Glück niemand gearbeitet hat. In der Nebensaison ist es sehr ruhig in dem Ort.

Eigentlich superschön aber leider mit sehr viel Baulärm

wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober 2023 da. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist wirklich ein Traum, Innen sowohl als auch die Außenanlage. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang inmitten von vielen Baustelllen, was aus der Beschreibung des Objektes jedoch nicht hervorgeht. Wir sind am Samstag angereist und haben die Aussicht und dir Ruhe sehr genossen. Am Montag dann ging der Baulärm los. Es wurde gehämmert, gebohrt und geflext. An Ruhe am Pool war nicht zu denken. Das hat unseren Urlaub und den Erholungswert doch sehr gestört. Aufgrund des doch sehr hohen Preises für diese 2 Wochen, von denen wir uns Ruhe und Erholung versprochen hatten, baten wir den Vermieter um Rückzahlung eines Teiles der Kosten. Dieser war jedoch trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme zu keinem Kompromiss bereit. Das fanden wir doch ziemlich enttäuschend.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der Pool ist toll, die Grillterasse super und der Blick aufs mehr traumhaft. Drum herum sind viele Baustellen, es wird dort aber nicht gearbeitet. Man fährt über einen Feldweg hoch zum Haus (Hanglage) . Die Umgebung ist etwas verlassen, es gibt Supermarkt, eine Restaurant mit Pizza sonst nix. Von Olbia sind es 3,5 St., die Straßen sehr kurvig. Der Strand ist ok. Wir sind immer zu Strand Cea oder Costa Rei gefahren, da sind auch Restaurant und es ist mehr touristisch. Also, sehr schön, aber sehr ruhig.

Wirklich schöner Aufenthalt

Wegbeschreibung könnte besser sein. Bzw unser Navi hat es nicht gefunden. Vielleicht auch noch eine grobe Beschreibung per Email. Haus und Ausstattung echt top. Pool und Aussicht aufs Meer auch. Man konnte gut zum Strand laufen. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Sonst ist die Lage eher ruhiger und abgelegen. Würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus zum Erholen.

Das Ferienhaus war genau wie beschrieben, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und schönem Pool. Wir waren Ende Oktober auf Sardinien, dadurch war schon alles im Winterschlaf. Man musste ein bisschen nach einem Supermarkt oder einem Restaurant suchen und auch ein bisschen mit dem Auto fahren. Aber das haben wir gern in Kauf genommen. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub.

The height of luxury

What a fantastic villa! Everything was so well equipped and the views were incredible. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the beach and shops/restaurants. Couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend to anyone.
