LEVANTE, is a newly built semi-detached house with swimming pool for exclusive use and with a breathtaking view over the entire Bay of Foxi Manna.

With its 8 beds, it is the ideal accommodation for groups of young people and families who want to spend their holidays together without sacrificing space and comfort. The house is completely new, furnished with taste and elegance, without giving up the functionality of all spaces.
The villa in fact has 4 bedrooms, of which 1 double on the ground floor with a super view of the swimming pool and with sea view and 2 other double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed in the basement, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor and 1 in the basement and a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and kettle. The bedrooms in the basement do not have a view of the garden or the sea, but still have large windows that allow the rooms to be bright and airy. From the living-dining room you can instead enjoy a breathtaking view from a large window, you will feel like touching the sea with your finger !!!

A shaded outdoor veranda with table and chairs for lunch or for relaxing evening dinners with the reflection of the moon over the sea.
Free Wifi and air conditioning in all rooms.
In addition, a magnificent swimming pool for exclusive use that creates continuity with the sea thanks to its view over the bay. Outdoor shower for the swimming pool, deck chairs and garden lounge complete the exterior.

Sheets and household linen included in the price.
Cost of final cleaning € 100. Possibility to have a cleaning lady on request even during the stay at an additional cost of € 15.00 per hour. Gardener for cleaning and maintenance of the garden and swimming pool very discreet and reserved
(included in the rental price).

Dogs are welcome but it is absolutely forbidden that they enter the swimming pool in order not to damage the motors of the swimming pool.

Highlight of our trip

This place was absolutely beautiful, not to mention clean, functional, and relaxing.The A/C units worked like magic (which was not the case in other places we stayed) and the pool with the incredible view was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. When we return to Sardegna in the future, we will definitely try to stay here.

We had a fantastic time in a great house and pool! Beach nearby, small supermarkt nearby, but ofher beaches, bigger supermarkt and (water)activities are further away. You have to drive for at least 30 minutes.

Awesome accommodation

Wonderful and clean accommodation with an excellent view to the beach ,forest and mountains. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. Garden and pool are frequently cleaned up. Host Maria was very responsive and gave us a lot of recommendations.Only negative points are the constructions sides nearby but at least it wasn't loud so it didn't bother us that much. The evironment is not touristic so if you look for activiries you will.probably have to drive some kilometres. However we would highly recommend this accomodation. We had a wonderful time in Sardinia and we will probably come back. Thanks a lot to Maria for your hospitality

Hochwertige Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und verfügt über einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Strand. Die Kinder haben den Pool, der im Übrigen regelmäßig gereinigt wird, sehr genossen. Einzig über die Lage muss man sich vor der Buchung im Klaren sein. Tertenia ist keine Touristenhochburg und zu den einschlägigen Highlights muss man eine ganze Weile fahren. Für uns war das aber noch ok.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Mit dem eigenen Pool eine wunderbare Kulisse. Alles war sehr sauber. Zwischenzeitlich kam auch immer jemand, der den Pool gereinigt hat. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr gut!. Der Aufstieg zum Haus ist etwas steil, aber am Tag mal zum Strand hoch und runter zu laufen, ist vollkommen in Ordnung. In der Nähe kann man Brötchen kaufen, Café trinken und auch Kleinigkeiten kaufen. Ein Auto ist dennoch grundsätzlich nötig.

Schönes Haus. Zu empfehlen.

Wir waren zu 7. zehn Tage dort. Es war gut zu finden und der Check in funktionierte einwandfrei. Lage: Die Lage ist landschaftlich wunderschön mit den Bergen im Hintergrund und dem spektakulären Meerblick, traumhaft. Rund um das Haus sind viele noch im Bau befindliche Häuser, optisch nicht so schön, aber gebaut wurde als wir dort waren nicht, somit kein Lärm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort, allerdings zu utopischen Preisen und nur ganz klein für das nötigste. Für größere und preiswertere Supermärkte muss man schon eine Weile fahren. Die Anreise von den Flughäfen ist sehr weit. Wir haben 3 Stunden mit dem Auto von Olbia gebraucht und nach Cagliari knapp 2 Stunden. Der Weg zum tollen Strand ist zu Fuß 5-10 Minuten. Das Haus: Es ist wunderschön, wohnlich und neuwertig. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern sind im Keller, entsprechend mit Kellerfenstern. Auf den Hof und auf den Garten/Poolbereich sind Kameras gerichtet, das fanden wir ehrlich gesagt nicht so angenehm, weshalb wir die Kamera im Garten zugehängt haben. Darüber gibt es keine Info und stört die Privatsphäre. Die Handtücher dürfen nicht gewaschen werden, aber für einen 10 tägigen Aufenthalt wurden auch keine frischen angeboten. Außerdem fehlt es an Grundreinigungsmitteln, bei 10 Tagen und 7 Personen notwendig. Informationen und tips für Restaurants, Bars, Ausflüge etc. waren sehr hilfreich und davon gab es einige.

Ein Bijou der Extraklasse

Das Haus ist wunderbar, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und modern. Alles da, was nötig ist, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Backofen, Gasherd, Mikrowelle. Klimagerät in jedem Zimmer. Und ein phantastischer Pool. Wir fühlten uns zwei Wochen sehr wohl. Viele herzlichen Dank den Gastgebern.

Unvergessliche Ferienwoche in einem absoluten Traumhaus mit Panoramablick auf die Bucht Foxi Mann

Das Haus hat 2 Stockwerke – EG: 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Nasszelle mit Dusche/WC, Wohnbereich mit Küche; UG: 3 Schlafzimmer (2x mit Doppelbett, 1x mit Kajütenbett), 1 Nasszelle mit Dusche/WC, 1 Reduit mit Waschmaschine. Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet für 8 Personen und sieht in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner aus, als auf den publizierten Fotos. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein riesiger Weber-Grill steht auf der Terrasse beim Pool (ideale Größe, Wassertiefe ca. 1.50 m). Vor dem Haus (beim Eingang) hat es einen Unterstellplatz für einen PW sowie eine kleine Spielfläche (Kunstrasen mit Tischtennis-Tisch). Das Haus war sehr sauber und in jedem Raum (ausser den beiden Nasszellen) mit je einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer im EG sowie von der Pool-Terrasse aus ist einmalig: man sieht die gesamte Bucht von Foxi Manna! Rundherum entstehen weitere Häuser, die sich aktuell im Bau befinden. Lärm von diesen Baustellen bemerkten wir jedoch nicht. Die Zufahrt ist über eine Art «Schotterstrasse». Zwingend erst die zweite Strasse mit Beschilderung (Levante und La Baia) vor dem Restauraunt al Molo da Costantino nehmen! Im Ort selber hat es wenige Restaurants und 2 kleinere Supermärkte. Ansonsten ist nicht wirklich viel los. Der Strand von Foxi Manna ist in etwa 3 – 5 Fahrminuten gut erreichbar (genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden). Der Austausch mit der Vermietung (vielen Dank Maria für alles!) verlief immer sehr herzlich!

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Blick

Das Haus ist mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern (3x mit Doppelbett, 1x mit Hochbett) und 2 Bädern perfekt geeignet für max 2 Familien. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Ein Weber-Grill steht auf der Terrasse bereit. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe, außerdem gibt es 4 Liegen und bequeme Lounge-Möbel. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige Manko ist die „Straße“ zum Haus, die ziemlich steil und nicht asphaltiert ist. Bei Regen vermutlich nicht befahrbar.
