The Ipanema 2 apartment is bright and welcoming, offering a comfortable and elegant space, ideal for a family or friends’ holiday.



The living and dining area is spacious and full of light, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time together. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, complemented by a practical and functional bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation. The balconies provide the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Algarve sun, creating peaceful moments outdoors.



The complex features a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, offering an ideal environment to unwind and enjoy the pleasant climate of the region.



Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, the apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the main streets of the town, with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the famous Rua da Oura in Albufeira.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Great Holiday Spot

Our stay at Ipanema 2 was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a few carefree days in the sun. The location was also ideal, close to everything but still peaceful. We really enjoyed our time there!

A very comfortable and elegant space, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sun-soaked balconies were amazing for morning coffee and enjoying the Algarve weather. We also had a delightful dinner at the Algarbe restaurant, which was highly enjoyable.

Not a good experience. Check-in was in a run down area a mile from the actual property. There were no basic supplies provided so we needed to buy hand soap and paper towels. Worst of all we couldn’t sleep due to teenagers partying until 2am.
