The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the separate bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower.The open-plan kitchen and dining area include a living space that provides all the comfort for your holiday and is equipped with TV (with international channels), air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and other equipment that will be useful during your stay.The living room shutters lead to a relaxing outdoor area where you will find a barbecue to prepare your delicious meals.The complex consists of a common swimming pool with a lawn surrounding it.Its privileged central location offers a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping centre, supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Inatel Beach) within walking distance.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 2 guests. However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
