The Venice Apartment is a welcoming property, located in an apartment complex in the central area of Albufeira.
This apartment is ideal for families or friends, and offers all necessary amenities within a short distance, such as beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.
This wonderful one-bedroom apartment accommodates 2+2 guests. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the separate bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area include a living area that provides all the comfort for your vacation and is equipped with TV (with international channels), air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and other equipment that will be useful during your stay.
The living room shutters lead to a relaxing outdoor area where you will find a barbecue to prepare your delicious meals.
The complex consists of a common pool with grass surrounding it.
Its privileged central location offers a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping center, supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Praia do Inatel) within walking distance.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices for up to 4 people.
