Quiet area with protected plot, road outside the house with speed limited road at 30 km / h day and 40 km / h night. Erstaviksbadet with sandy beach and rocky bath and child-friendly bathing lake Violbadet / Vårgärdessjön with jetty rocky and sandy beach within 10-15 min. walkway.
