Wellcome to Natalia House! We are in Peschiera del Garda village, situated on south of Garda Lake between Milan and Venice. shops and restaurants are very easy to reach.

Natalia's house , a simple house with furniture and furnishing style, no luxury, with garden and one auto parking provide of two separate appartaments .

First floor "red"apartament with two bedrooms and kitchen:

two-rooms appartament , about 55 square meters, with two bedrooms with double (160x190) and singles (80x190) beds (extrabeds available), door, bed linen, mirror, closet, ceiling fan table and chairs, TV. Equipped kitchen Bathroom with shower, mirror, bidet, bathtub,hair dryer, towel. Air conditioning/heating on request with counter.


Casa Natalia it's near the Motorway A4 di Peschiera (5 minutes) , the center and the beach only 800 meters. Near the House public bus (Verona/Brescia) and free Bus-Shuttle-Service to the amusement Parks (Gardaland free-bus service ). On request we can have a taxi service from/to the Railstation. Supermarket 200 mt.

Appartement identique au descriptif photo de l'annonce, spacieux, jardin qui est un plus, rien ne manquait pour notre séjour avec nos enfants de 9 & 12 ans. Propriétaires disponibles, serviables, très sympathiques. Bon emplacement pour la visite du lac, commerces accessibles à pieds et pour laver le linge, laverie automatique à 10 minutes. Le petit plus serait des moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Des ventilateurs au plafond équipent chacune des pièces de vie mais avec les fortes chaleur de cette année canicule, les ventilateurs n'étaient pas suffisants, climatisation possible mais en supplément dommage.

Gut gelegenes Appartement in ruhiger Wohnsiedlung

Das Haus Natalia liegt nahe den Supermärkten Lidl und Conad (5 Minuten zu Fuß), nahe dem See und der Stadt (10 Minuten zu Fuß) und man kann auch den Bahnhof Peschiera gut erreichen. Das Appartement war sauber und wie beschrieben.

Wir waren eine Woche im August im Casa Natalia zu Gast. Es ist eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung im alten italienischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles was man so braucht vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. (ca 15min bis in die Stadt :Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind noch näher.) Der Vermieter Angelo ist sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir danken ihm für die schöne Zeit am Gardasee.

séjour agréable au lac de garde

Appartement sympathique , décoré avec goût dans une maison avec jardin. Zone résidentielle , lac et commerces accessibles à pied en 15 minutes. La climatisation est en frais supplémentaire mais il y a des ventilateurs au plafond dans chaque pièce et c'est nettement suffisant. Il faut prévoir d'amener son linge dans une laverie automatique accessible avec 10 minutes de marche ou 5 minutes en vélo. Deux vélos sont gentiment mis à disposition. Peschiera est un excellent point de départ pour visiter la partie sud du lac et Vérone à 40 minutes de voiture.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Flair

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung in Peschiera, die sich im 1. Obergeschoss eines älteren Hauses befindet. Es handelt sich um das Haus der Großeltern des Vermieters, welches er größtenteils im Originalzustand belassen hat. Auch die Möbel in der Wohnung sind dementsprechend älteren Datums. Sie verleihen der Wohnung ihr besonderes Flair. Für die heiße Zeit des Jahres wurde eine Klimaanlage nachgerüstet, die gegen Gebühr benutzt werden kann. Auch (langsames) WLAN ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen ausgestattet, sogar Geschirrhandtücher, Spülschwamm, Spülmittel etc. sind vorhanden, ebenso Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und engagiert und jederzeit für Fragen verfügbar. Was uns in der Wohnung manchmal gefehlt hat, war eine kleine Sitzecke o.ä. Wenn man sich einfach mal ausruhen wollte, musste entweder der Esstisch oder das Bett benutzt werden, wobei die Platzverhältnisse in der Wohnung wohl nichts anderes zulassen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vorhanden. Obwohl fernab vom Trubel des Ortszentrums war es doch nicht so ruhig wie gedacht. Vor allem die zahlreichen Hunde der umliegenden Nachbarn und die Schnellstraße in der Nähe waren deutlich zu hören. Einmal während unseres Aufenthalts kam um 04.30 Uhr morgens auch die Straßenreinigung vorbei, die unter anderem einen Laubbläser dabeihatte, so dass unser Schlaf und der unserer Kinder erstmal beendet war... Aber alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem sehr empfehlenswerten Vermieter!!

Schöne einfache Ferienwohnung...

..., allerdings sollten die Fotos im Internet aktualisiert werden - statt eines Kronleuchters gibt es einen etwas älteren Deckenventilator mit einer Energiesparlampe, und das Bett ist aus - bereits vor längerem - weiß gestrichenem Metall. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig, und mit schönen alten Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Im Garten kann man frühstücken und faulenzen, und wer möchte, kann auch den steinernen Ofen/Grill nutzen. Wir waren im Frühling da und konnten uns am Anblick der kleinen Gänseblümchenwiese erfreuen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und etwa zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß von Zentrum und Hafen von Peschiera del Garda entfernt. Wer möchte, kann das Fahrrad benutzen. Der Ferienwohnungsbesitzer, Signore Angelo, sowie auch seine Frau, ist sehr nett und fürsorglich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Klappt etwas nicht, oder fehlt etwas, bemüht er sich sofort um eine Lösung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort genossen und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren in der roten Wohnung in der oberen Etage. Die Wohnung und die Einrichtung waren einfach und zweckmäßig. Es war sehr sauber und nicht beengt. Das Stadtzentrum kann man fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und erreichbar. In dem zu den beiden Ferienwohungen gehörenden Gärtchen und dem kleinen Vorhof findet man jeweils einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen. Es war sehr ruhig.

It is a nice house, not hot inside in the warm summer day, all utensils were there, the apartment is very clean and host was friendly. This was an upper apartment, the lower one might be of interest if you want to have easier access to the garden table and grill.

Het huis was eenvoudig ingericht maar alles was aanwezig. Eigenaar Angelo is een aardige man die regelmatig vraagt of alles naar wens is. Om het huis ligt een leuke tuin met oleanders en pioenrozen. Goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Wandelafstand naar Peschiera is ongeveer 15 min. Stan en Ineke

Excellent séjour, à recommander - Zum empfehlen!

Appartement propre, soigné et conforme à la description. Petit jardin avec balançoire pour les enfants. Excellent accueil par Angelo qui a été disponible tout au long du séjour et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour nos visites. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un petit hameau: proche du centre de peschiera, commerces juste à côté. Une région magnifique avec plein de chose à faire, nous reviendrons sûrement! Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Nous recommandons à tout le monde cet appartement. Idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants (comme nous). Grazie mille Angelo!

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Casa Natalia

Hallo Angelo! Wir möchten uns recht herzlich bei Dir bedanken für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Natalia.Wir waren vom 10.05.-18.05.2014 in Peschiera del Garda im Casa Natalia und es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach den Bildern im Internet.Die Austattung ist gut und wir konnten uns über nichts beklagen.Es gibt keinen Fernseher und bis jetzt noch kein Internet,aber für eine Woche braucht man das auch nicht unbedingt.Wegen Internet ist Angelo aber eventuell dran eine Lösung zu finden.Ich hatte schon sehr viele Ferienwohnungen,aber noch nie so einen netten Gastgeber.Angelo ist bei allem sehr bemüht und kommt auch jeden Tag vorbei.Er nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für seine Gäste,was wir echt super fanden.Ohne Ihn wäre es nur halb so lustig gewesen.Wir waren mit dem Zug angereist und hatten kein Auto,was aber kein Problem war.In 5 min. ist man zu Fuß bei Lidl und ins Zentrum läuft man ungefähr 15 min.,man kann sehr schön am Wasser entlang laufen.Mit dem Bus kommt man eigentlich überall hin,nur fahren die Busse nur stündlich,das finden wir etwas wenig.Die Umgebung ist einfach toll und jeder Ort hat seinen Reiz.Ich werde in 5 Wochen wieder hin fahren,diesmal aber mit dem Auto und dann sind wir in Lazise. Ich werde auf jeden Fall bei Angelo vorbei schauen. Was auch sehr schön ist,das in beiden Wohnungen Hunde erlaubt sind,es gibt einen Garten wo man sich auch mal sonnen kann.Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Wir können die Wohnung (wir hatten die obere rote Wohnung) nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Angelo für den tollen Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüße Katrin und Silvia
