Great Location

This apartment is in a great location, Easy access to everything. It is quaint and perfect for a short stay. My dogs absolutely loved the parks nearby. The place was overall clean, yet who ever cleaned, left Alot of long black hair everywhere on the kitchen floor, bathroom and even on the couch and bed pillows. I enjoyed the area so much, I just rewashed the pillows and cleaned the floor and put a blanket on top of the couch. I only wanted to communicate through VRBO and expressed this and the owner by passed this and communicated through WhatsApp which I did not like for safety reasons and wonder how he got my number, assuming through VRBO. Communication was not the best. Overall not too bad.

I was not aware that the guest preferred not to communicate via WhatsApp. The guest’s phone number is provided with the reservation details, as is the host's, to facilitate easy communication. Since I was unable to reach the guest during the agreed-upon arrival time, I attempted to contact her through WhatsApp. Regarding the long hair found on the floor, the guest informed me, and I sincerely apologized for the oversight. It appears that the cleaning service may not have been as thorough as expected prior to the guest's arrival. However, I was surprised to find that the guest did not wash any dishes or kitchen utensils throughout her 10-day stay. Upon her departure, the sink was left full with 13 plates, 10 glasses, 9 cups (with tea bags still inside), 2 frying pans, 1 baking pan, 4 bowls, and several knives and forks. It’s difficult not to consider the possibility that this may have been a retaliatory response to the earlier issue.
