Charming holiday home on the outskirts of Roquebrun for 6 people

La Bellion is a charming house in the pretty village of Roquebrun. You will feel right at home in this pleasant place and you can taste the French life in peace and quiet.
What makes La Bellion unique? You are in the middle of nature with the center of Roquebrun just steps away. It is both possible to seek peace and cosiness. This house offers you every opportunity to optimally enjoy your holiday: plenty of space inside and out, wonderful local wines, good conversations on the sunny terrace, walks with breathtaking views, a fantastic hilly environment full of vineyards. La Bellion is the perfect base to explore all the special places in the area.
The large house with lots of indoor and outdoor space is ideal for a family vacation or a week with friends (max. 6 people).
Via a wide stone staircase you enter the lounge / dining room with a high ceiling and a beautiful loft that gives the house a special atmosphere. In the seating area by the large wood burning stove are a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has a fantastic Mediterranean atmosphere thanks to the Portuguese-style tile walls. From the kitchen you can step outside through the glass doors onto the sunny terrace and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace. From here you have a view of the garden and the rolling landscape behind the river. The garden is spacious with many trees that provide shade and offers enough space for children to play around and around the house and parking spaces for the car.
A place where everyone will feel at home.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a closet and doors that open onto the terrace. The adjacent bathroom has a bath, a sink and a toilet. The landing with vide gives access to two spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom with a sink and small hip bath. One room has a double bed with 2 mattresses of 90x190 cm. This bed can be pushed apart into 2 separate beds, with 2 separate mattresses of 90x190cm. The other room has a double bed of 140x190 cm. Both bedrooms have enough cupboard space.

Behind the house are an extra refrigerator and a washing machine. there is air conditioning in the living room. In the colder months, you can use the attractive wood-burning stove in addition to the electric heating. You can use the free internet connection (50GB / week).

The outdoor life dominates in La Bellion, the house is on the edge of the village and is surrounded by hills and vineyards, here you can completely unwind.
If you want to taste the atmosphere of French life, you can do this; you can walk to the bakery, supermarket, the market (on Friday), the beach at the Orb and to the café terraces. You can also eat out at a number of restaurants in the village. You can swim in the river Orb, the beach is located next to the stone bridge from where you have a beautiful view of the picturesque village. On the other side of the bridge is "Canoë Roquebrun" for those who want to explore the beautiful river Orb by canoe or kayak. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes. You will probably not have enough for a week, there is so much to do in the area.

Usage of electricity exceeding 200 kWh per week will be charged at EUR 0,20 per Kwh

Bedlinen and towels may be brought by the guests, or are available for hire.
