The private pool was a fantastic spot to relax after our hikes in the nearby hills, The covered terrace was perfect for enjoying local wine and grilled meals while taking in the stunning views of the garden, The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway

Great views and pool, close to village amenities

A well-equipped villa with fabulous views and a wonderful terrace. Pool is maintained to a very high standard. Secluded yet only 15 minutes walk from restaurants bars and shop. Very steep drive way might be challenging if you have mobility issues.

Perfect villa!

Perfect villa with everything you need for a good holiday. Nice pool and always shadow with the great veranda. Quiet location, 1km easy walk to the little centre of Roquebrun. Supermarket (big) 20 min away is the only disadvantage but on holiday we take that for granted. Nice owner (Panna) and great local host that speaks Dutch (Stephanie).

Perfect Villa

Greeted with a great smile and a lovely lady. The villa it self was perfect in every way, clean, tidy comfy. Everything you need for a sunny vacation. The pool and bbq were great and only a short walk to all amenities and restaurants. Communication between myself and the host was great leading upto and including our stay. Lovely property but in a very hot week weNeeded a/c. This had been broken for several months before we got there - so before we booked which Vrbo or Belvilla should have told us about. Getting towels was a bit of a hassle but remedied by us driving to collect from a nearby town the next day. Fresh tomatoes from the owner was a lovely delicious surprise.

Lovely villa with a beautiful pool

Spotlessly clean house on arrival. Spacious and comfortable accommodation with air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen, better than many I have known.Lovely swimming pool. A longish walk into the village on a hot day, but worth the effort. Decent restaurants and bars, fascinating old village and beautiful Mediterranean garden. River swimming and canoeing nearby and lots of places to visit, with some even better restaurants a little further away such as Le Faitout at Berlou and La Croisade near Cruzy. Fresh bread and croissants available daily in the village and an excellent supermarket not too far away in Cazouls. All 5 bedrooms had double beds, differing from the online description that showed one room with bunk beds.

Een heerlijk huis met een prachtig uitzicht. Het is hier enorm rustig en stil. Zwembad is perfect, zeker nu met dit prachtige warme weer. Het huis binnen is ook goed.kamers Enorm fijn huis. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt in zo’n vakantie. Het zwembad is de kers op de taart. Uitzicht is prachtig vanaf het terras rondom. Binnen veel ruimte keuken/eetkamer/woonkamer Koelkast + vriezer / afwasmachine/wasmachine Dit is een AANRADER!

Mooi verscholen op een heuvel ligt deze mooie villa. Na ons vorige huis wat een 10 met een griffel waard was moesten we even wennen aan deze woning. Na een halve dag waren we al om en hebben genoten van deze praktische en mooi gelegen woning. Het zwembad was top en werd goed onderhouden en afgezien van een slechte WiFi verbinding was alles top. Volgend jaar komt de eigenaar hier ook wonen in een gedeelte van het huis. Voor ons zou dat een reden zijn om niet nogmaals te boeken. Deze week was echter top. De ontvangst van Marlene van Belvilla was ontspannen en aangenaam.

Heerlijk huis, de foto's doen ze zich zelf te kort want het is in het echt groter en mooier. Incl. een fijne klimaatregeling in huis. Locatie was erg mooi en je zit in een rustige omgeving, daardoor zal je met de auto je grote boodschappen en activiteiten moeten doen. Zeker een aanrader.

al 12 jaar huren wij dit huis ( buiten verleden jaar niet wegens corona). en nog steeds genieten wij van dit magnifieke huis, het mooie uitzicht op het prachtig terras, de rust en de leuke omgeving. Ook dank aan de schoonmaakploeg ( het was heel proper). Tevens ook heel veel dank aan de eigenaar en onze gastvrouw Marlene die er alles aan doen om de gasten een aangenaam verblijf te bezorgen. Zij kunnen, als er iets stuk is, er spijtig genoeg niets aan doen ( ook al doen ze daar alle moeite voor) als zij moeten wachten op een onderdeel om dit te kunnen repareren. Wij keken al eens naar een ander huis/omgeving om te huren , maar als je in dit huis hebt verbleven wordt het wel heeeel moeilijk om tevreden te zijn met een andere woning/omgeving. Wij komen ZEKER terug !!!!!! Ronny en Greet Hellemans

Bij aankomst waren we echt van de indruk dat het voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. ...

Bij aankomst waren we echt van de indruk dat het voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Het huis leek oke, Het was netjes gepoetst. De omgeving zag er prachtig uit. Het zwembad zag er leuk uit’. Jammer genoeg was de tweed indruk minder fraai. Er heerste een wespenplaag met wespen die verlekkerd waren op vlees. Het zwembad was wel goed in orde maar het werd te weinig onderhouden met veel groene aanslag en algen. Een keer onderhoud per week lijkt echt te weinig voor zo n zwembad. Binnen hing op veel kamers een verdachte rioolgeur. De douches waren niet goed zuiver. Het bubble bad functioneerde niet. De koffiezet was defect. Het afwasmachine was niet goed onderhouden, filters waren helemaal verstopt. Jammer. Er was chaos in het keukenmateriaal. De hoeveelheid borden en bestek waren niet geschikt voor een verblijf van 10 personen. Algemeen mag gezegd dat het huis een grondige opknapbeurt nodig heeft. We kunnen echt wel vergelijken met andere locaties.

+ Heel ruime kamers en leefruimte. Mooi panoramisch uitzicht. Airco in heel het huis werkt fantastisch en stoort totaal niet. Zwembad mooi en proper. Huiselijke en persoonlijke aankleding. Enorme aanrader! - De struiken nemen uitzicht op de wijde heuvels weg. Er hing soms wat geur in de slaapkamers beneden als douches gebruikt werden. Tip: de sproeiers van de vaatwasser geraken gemakkelijk verstopt en moeten dan gereinigd worden of de borden blijven vuil.
