Just steps away a beautiful pool for all day relaxation.

Conveniently located on St.Simons Island this spacious condo, with a beautiful pool and only 1.5 miles to the beach has everything you need to stay at the beach. There are also annual events to enjoy including Georgia/Florida Football, the Official McGladrey Classic PGA Tour, Jekyll Island Beach Music Festival, and much more….

Basically it is a nice little condo. It is in need of tlc! The worst part was the 'patio' on the Vrbo ad. It showed a nice wooden table & chair set with a grill. In actuallity there was a rusted propane tank in a corner and a very rusted metal table set. Nothing like the picture. It is not 1 mile to the beach. The closest is 1.8 mile. The faucet in the kitchen turns back on if not set in a certain direction, the tiolet paper holder in master bath is broken, there were several missing slats in the living room patio blinds, the lights to the patio, steps going upstairs and one of the living room ceiling lights did not work. We tried to contact owners beginning when we first arrived. Did not ever receive a return message. The kitchen was minimally stocked...old coffee maker, pots & pans, few bowls. Normally where we have stayed there has been aluminum foil, plastic wrap...there was none. Just one roll of paper towels. Not much you can do w/ this but the view is of a parking lot. It was basically clean and the bed, pillows were comfortable. The AC worked good.

The water had a very strong sulfur smell. We had to run the water for a while for the smell to get better. The condo was clean and decorated very nice. The plumbing needs to be upgraded. The shower is the master bathroom did not work properly the water barely came out of the shower head. The other shower did work in the other bedroom. Never used the washer. We had to unplug it because it would just start running all on it's own. ??? We really enjoyed St Simon Island. Very nice people, and we enjoyed Jekyll Island too.
