Carlton Lodge is located in fabulous Broadstairs, somewhere between a village and a town by the sea, with 7 blue flag beautiful beaches, ice cream galore and lots for the children to do. This stunning two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor apartment with views out to the sea and the park where the band stand proudly sits and hosts many of the town's fun events can be yours. This property is located in a great place for you on your holiday. It has been furnished to make sure you feel like you are comfortable and have all the facilities you would expect in your own home. There is a lift for those with luggage and those of you that may find the stairs a little difficult. Though not fully accessible in terms of wheelchairs (there are three small steps internally within the apartment). We have a designated off-street parking space.

overall this property is great for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children ,,,,,and in a great location,,very well presented and had all mod cons required ,comfortable etc,,,,very pleased ,,,,

I would have liked to give a glowing review of this apartment but holiday was spoilt by arriving to find no essentials like dishwasher tablets, bin liners, cleaning cloths, waste in shower blocked, kitchen sink unusable for washing up as plug did not fit. Could only leave messages for manager which were not returned and had to spend a great deal of my holiday time chasing for these things. Not the relaxing experience we had hoped for on our first holiday for 2 years. Shame, it could and should have been so much better.

Thank you for your review. I am deeply sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay, all of these basics essentials should be put out in the apartment by our cleaners. I can only apologise on their behalf this didn't happen. It has been followed up and we now have photo evidence reports to show this has been done each time.
We are usually very responsive and have quick response times, I'm so sorry you didn't receive our usual service. This was an isolated incident and I can only apologise that it affected your stay.
We have also passed on your comments about the slow drainage to the owner of the property.
