About this property

Spend the night on the water in Tiny House / Trekkershut Comfort / Mini Bungalow

We are the proud owner of a total of four houses on a plot of 3000 m2 of land. The cottages, of approximately 36 m², are wheelchair friendly and each has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink and kitchen with fridge freezer and dishwasher.

There is sleeping place for four people t. w .: a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.

Please note: there is a surcharge of € 7.50 for bed linen per person per stay, for which you will receive: a single duvet + pillow + cover + pillowcase. You can also bring your own comforter + pillow and / or sleeping bag.

The location is in the Groene Hart, central to o. A. Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam, Alphen a. D. Rhine (Archeon), Lisse (Keukenhof) and the beach.

The cottages are surrounded by polders with a wide view and are located on the picturesque river Drecht, a popular fishing facility. You can also swim in it, there is a swim ladder and there is a solar shower for a nice shower.

The cottages can be rented throughout the year, they are equipped with sufficient heating and are SMOKE FREE.

Perfect place for hot days

We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Hans and Nel are amazing hosts. They made us a warm welcome and checked in if everything was ok. The house by the water was perfect for the hottest days of the year. We will definitely come back one day! :-)

Personal, relaxing, and just right

Hans and Nel were lovely hosts, personal and accomodating. The tiny house had just the right size and the location next to the river really is very relaxing. We had to drive to reach our destinations but never for longer than around half an hour. The location of the place is just right between the major spots. We enjoyed our (short) holiday very much and would be happy to return.

Quiet and accessable

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the city before but this time planned to visit the tulip fields and the Keukenhof gardens and it was an easy 15/20 minute drive. The location is quiet and tranquil. You hear all the animals playing and talking and we even got a visit from a group of ducks. If you wish to go into the city it's at least 30 minutes but also an easy drive. There is no TV which as weird at first but it worked out just fine!

Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt am Osterwochenende 2025. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig gelegen am Wasser. Es kommen Schwäne und Enten zu Besuch und man kann bei gutem Wetter in der Sonne sitzen und die vorbeifahrenden Boote beobachten. Leimuiden liegt im übrigen gut, um Tulpenfelder zu besichtigen oder einen Tagestrip nach Amsterdam oder Rotterdam zu machen. Wir warte sehr zufrieden

Rundum Glücklich

Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Das Wasser vor der Tür und zu Besuch kamen weiße Enten. Größere Ausflüge sind schnell zu erreichen, da die Lage gut ist. Wir hatten einen Kinder Rollstuhl dabei und das hat in dem kleinen Häuschen gepasst. Nel und Hans sind unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir möchten wieder kommen. :)

Erholung pur

Wir waren für 3 Wochen Gäste in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus direkt am Wasser. Hans und Nel sind zwei überaus nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die sich um jedes Anliegen direkt gekümmert haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig direkt am Kanal. Dennoch liegt es zentral im grünen Herzen der Niederlande und sämtliche Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und einige Restaurants sind bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Häuschen direkt an der Gracht

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in dem süßen kleinen Häuschen. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Gracht, ideal für Bootsausflüge oder SUP. Nel und Hans sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal für Tagesausflüge nach Amsterdam, Den Haag oder Leiden. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

Sehr schön!

Schönes kleines Haus etwas außerhalb des Ortes idyllisch gelegen am Wasser. Schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ziele in der Umgebung ( Keukenhof, Strand/Meer, Amsterdam) mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man direkt von der Unterkunft aus schöne Touren entlang der vielen kleinen Kanäle starten und die Natur genießen. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Wunderschöne und ruhig gelegene Anlage direkt am Wasser. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne ein 2. Mal.
