Located in Nice Ouest in a recent luxury residence, quiet, in a magnificent park with a superb swimming pool, 2-room apartment of 55 m² air-conditioned with 23 m² terrace not overlooked, panoramic view of the Baie des Anges.
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a 3-story residence.
All rooms open onto the terrace, equipped with sun loungers, barbecue and garden furniture.
It consists of an entrance, a living room / dining room with a sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with dressing room, a bathroom with bath / shower, and separate wc.
Internet access. Ethernet with personal wifi network.
Everything is provided for your comfort, bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge. The bed is made upon arrival;

Magnifique vue sur la baie de Nice
Vaste appartement avec un grand balcon et une table où on peut prendre nos repas. L'appartement est en retrait du centre-ville. Nous n'avions pas d'auto. Mais pas de souci. Il y a un service fréquent de bus et de tramway qui permet de se rendre au centre-ville en 30 minutes.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce et aucun point négatif à signaler ! L'accueil est parfait, les formalités rapides et tout est là pour profiter pleinement d'une semaine à Nice, tout en étant au calme dans cette résidence très bien entretenue. Merci Christel pour votre disponibilité et nous ne chercherons pas d'autre logement si nous revenons dans la région.
