Charming apartment in Costa Teguise. Located close to the beach, you can also enjoy the pool of the complex where you can find sunbeds and a nice and ample area where you can fully relax. It is equipped with a bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, induction kitchen, amongst other amenities, including the washing machine, street parking , the inside parking is only for residents. The apartment also has a delightful little furnished terrace. The living room is also fully equipped, and there you can find a TV with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and is connected to the dining room and kitchen. The bathroom has all the essentials, including a hairdryer. Costa Teguise is located on the eastern side of Lanzarote, close to the capital and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the airport. It offers all types of accommodations and activities. Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist areas on Lanzarote thanks to its array of lodgings, beaches, services and the tranquillity one breathes around it. This is definitely one of the preferred destinations for families visiting the island.

Well maintained property,tastefully decorated.In a quite location. No English TV channels. 3euro taxi to get downtown. Locally good bars and quality restaurants only 5 mins walk away. Did not like the online check in system,this was completed a long time prior to arrival, however I was sent a confusing e mail that I had not completed the documentation,this system need much better clarity. Please note the parking is not on the confines of the development.The parking is street parking, on a busy main road, not ideal when you have a hire car.

Wir waren von Mitte März bis Mitte April 2026 in einem 2 Personen Appartement da.Die Bilder stimmen mit den Örtlichkeiten überein, wenn auch das Appartement auf den Bildern größer wirkt.Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig, die Küchenutensilien etwas spartanisch.Der Poolbereich war bei uns immer sehr leer; kein "Handtuch auf die Liege legen" notwendig.Der Pool ist nicht beheizt.In unserer Beschreibung zur Terrasse hieß es noch :"Die Wohnung hat auch eine reizende kleine möblierte Terrasse".Die Terrasse ist, wei auf den Bildern zu erkennen, der erweiterte Eingangsbereich mit zwei angerosteten Liegen, zwei Biergartenstühlen und einem Tisch in Schachbrettgröße. Kein Sonnenschirm.Kein deutsches Fernsehen, nur spanisch. Streamingdienste nur über eigenen Account möglich.Die Parkplätze direkt vor der Anlage können nicht benutzt werden (Zugang mit Schranken gesperrt). Man parkt auf der Strasse.

Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf. We kregen voor aankomst een uitgebreide locatie beschrijving en via het sleutelkastje een vlotte check-in. Het huisje was ruim genoeg voor 2, met een mooie living- en keukenruimte, goede badkamer en goed bed. De dijk is via een gemeenschappelijk poortje (waarvan je ook een sleutel krijgt) vlot te bereiken en heel mooi om langs te wandelen. Het echte stadscentrum met de vele restaurants en winkels was wel eventjes wandelen (2km, het vrij nieuwe 'restaurante 90 millas' is hierbij trouwens een echte aanrader!!!). Wij gingen in de winterperiode dus hebben niet echt gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, maar deze zag er goed onderhouden uit!

El apartamento está impecable, salón-cocina súper amplio con todo lo necesario, moderno y en perfecto estado. Camas comodísimas, aire acondicionado, baño y ducha perfectos. Muy bonito decorado.
