Exceptional property for 10 persons with breathtaking view to the landscape without any disturbing influences.
The villa offers a really tasteful furnished living space of 250 m² on two levels:
1. floor - entrance level
- entrance hall with W. C. for guests
- five spacious and bright bedrooms with air condition (1 x with large terrace and 1 x with balcony)
- five bathrooms en-suite (2 x with bath-tub)
Ground floor
- very generous living and dining room with TV and HiFi-system
- large and well equipped kitchen in Provençal style with direct access to the large covered terrace
- utility room with washing machine and dryer
- shower with toilet
In front in front of living- and dining room, on the lower level, the amazing swimming pool (heatable against fees) with the size 15 x 4 m is situated. Several terraces around the pool are offering sun loungers and parasols.
The plot is closed and accessible by an electric entrance gate. 3-4 cars can be parked on the spacious parking area in front of the main entrance.
In summary a perfect place for holidays with the whole family or for several couples!
