Bathroom: Full bathroom with bathtub for a luxurious soak. Extras: Washer and ironing facilities available throughout the home.
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Challenge yourself at Bruntsfield Links putting green—where golf has been played since 1680. Explore the enchanting Hermitage of Braid park and walk up Blackford Hill for panoramic views across Edinburgh and beyond. Dining & Cafes: Discover excellent local eateries: Blackwood's for hearty breakfasts, Round Square for specialty coffee, Mia Italian for authentic cuisine, and Salt Cafe for lunch or dinner.
Waitrose (opposite the flat) and M&S Food (1 minute walk) offer premium groceries. Tesco is just 5 minutes north.
The city centre is just a 10-minute bus ride away, connecting you to Princes Street's premier shopping and the Royal Mile's attractions including Edinburgh Castle. The beautiful Meadows park is a scenic 20-minute walk. The city centre itself is a leisurely 30-minute walk through charming residential streets.
Public transport is excellent with frequent local bus services.
Paid parking available on Morningside Place (100m away) for those with vehicles.

Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
