Fully renovated at the beginning of this 2021, a 2 bedroom top floor apartment located in a cul-de-sac in the popular holiday area Urbanizacion Lomas del Golf, Villamartin. The apartment is surrounded by 3 communal swimming pools (9 in total on the Urbanizacion, all with free access). The apartment has an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms have 1 double bed and 2 singles as well as a narrow sofa bed in the lounge. There is a family bathroom with newly installed walk-in shower. On street parking is available free of charge. Wi-fi is free throughout the apartment. The apartment is situated within easy walking distance of Villamartin Plaza, home to numerous bars and restaurants that cater for all tastes. A 3-4 minute walk from the apartment will take you to several bars and restaurants close to home. Within a few minutes drive are several Golf courses including the famous Villamartin and La Manga. Also within a few minutes drive away are the many blue flagged beaches on the Costa Blanca and the shopping area of Zenia Boulevard, home to 150 stores making it the largest in the Alicante Province.
