Welcome to our very popular well appointed apartment. Guests will not be disappointed with the accommodation. The 2 bedroom apartment suitable for 4 guests has adjoining en-suite bathrooms and air-con. It is located in a popular friendly secure development at El Rincon, Alameda del Mar, by Playa Flamenca on the Orihuela Costa, Southern Costa Blanca, Spain, ideal for Murcia (Covera) and Alicante airports. The apartment comprises a comfortable lounge/dining area with sofa, dining table and chairs, English & international HD TV, (BBC / ITV etc), free cable Wi-Fi. Patio doors lead to a generous sunny balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Ideal for your relaxation and dining. You can sit on the sunny balcony and watch your children in the pool. There is a kitchen area - well equipped for four guests and utility room ideal for cases/golf clubs. The property has it's own shaded parking bay. Close to shops, bars, beaches and of course several golf courses. The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is a short drive away. The property will be cleaned and prepared by our local house keepers Helen and Chris who provide a meet and greet service at the property, handover keys and ensure you are registered with the Spanish Tourism Authority. We hold a Spanish Tourism Licence VT-470867-A for the property, so your short rental is fully legal. To comply with Valencian Decree 9-2024 we can only allow short holiday lets of up to 9 nights - that's the law! Bring your passport or National Identity Card as all those over 16 years must be checked in, just like in hotels. Properties for rent without the tourism licence are illegal. We can do longer seasonal lets normally 3 to 4 weeks and under one year as we have a NRA Certificate, full title - Numero de registro de Alquiler. This involves agreeing rental dates and leasing the property to you with a written signed contract. Perfect for those longer stays. We can agree this if you enquire with dates. This leased system is good for those longer out of peak season lets.

Lovely apartment which had everything you required in a very convenient location for everything. Would definitely stay again. Its a lot nicer than what it looked like on the Internet
The property was a perfect place for us to stay on our recent holiday. It was well presented and well looked after. It was in a great location. With shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. The pool area is very nice, well maintained and great for all ages.
I absolutely loved this apartment great location great facilities peaceful and relaxing as well as walking distance to most bars and restaurants I most definitely recommend a stay here. Look forward to staying again soon.
This property is like a home from home but with sunshine. Comfortable, clean and secure. British tv stations, great internet and everything you needed for your stay. Free secure parking and walking distance to all amenities. 100% Will stay here again.
This is the second time we have stayed here. A very clean well furnished/comfortable apartment that has a large balcony overlooking the pool with sun all afternoon.
Large smart Tv with all UK channels and fast WIFi give it the extra special rating in my opinion.
Great security and private parking are another bonus. Easy walking to shops and bars . 15 minutes walk to the beach . Will stay here again .

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment in a brilliant location. Really comfy beds and the air con was great, really the apartment stayed a cool temperature but it was nice to have air con on for an hour at bedtime.
Lovely balcony to sit and eat meals and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
Loads of local supermarkets close by, certainly easy walking distance.
Not sure where to begin with regarding restaurants, best choice I have ever seen, most within walking distance.
Would definitely recommend this apartment, Lesley the owner is very helpful and friendly, 1st class.
Perfect for my short stay visiting friends. Lovely clean apartment. Everything went as planned. Good selection of local bars within 5 minute walk. 10 minutes to main road, good selection of shops and bars. Not close beach if looking for beach, a bit of a walk.

The good and the bad
Lovely fiat, nice position, but unfortunately the inside did not come up to expectations. The flat was cold, the heating only just worked, the crockery was chipped, the cutlery was awful, the bedding was totally inadequate and cheap cheap cheap and the list of things we must and must not do was endless.If you want people to enjoy their stay, spend a few pound making it nice,
La urbanización está bien y el apartamento contaba con aparcamiento propio. El piso estaba equipado con todo lo necesario y tiene doble baño y muy buena distribución.
La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy fluida.
Muy buena zona , tranquilidad , apartamento súper limpio y muy buena comunicación con la propietaria , entrega de llaves igualmente perfecto un 10 en todo , repetiremos
Everything about the El Rincon Resort and the apartment was great.

The property is owned by Lesley & Mark O'Dell, who reside in Warrington, Cheshire. We adore Spain hence the ownership of our apartment. Our friends also live near the property. We are married in our 60's and have three grown up children. Lesley is retired. Mark has retired from his former Police career and now works as a freelance trainer assessor, delivering trainer / assessor course, first aid, lifeguard training and health and safety courses - We have both been actively involved in the Scout Association and Mark is a District Water Activity Adviser and a County Assessor for canoeing and rafting.
Why they chose this property
El Rincon was purchased for it's location as a good holiday venue. The benefits being: gated secure community. Good standard of accommodation and sunny balcony overlooking community pool. Couple of supermarkets a short walk away. Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre containing plenty of restaurants only a short walk away. Blue flag beaches along the coast here. Cosmopolitan Torrevieja only a short drive away. Air-conditioned and heated property makes it ideal for winter lets. Covered car parking to keep your hire car cool. UK TV and other international channels. Free Wi-Fi bring your laptop/tablet/smart phone.
What makes this property unique
We have holidayed in several countries, however El Rincon is well geared up for tourism and people keep coming back. Our properties are serviced by two local airports both within easy driving distance, namely Corvera (Murcia) and Alicante Airports. When we travel out and have a hire car as we do travel out a bit further afield. The inland sea at La Manga is definitely worth a visit and shops in Torrevieja are good. You can even mud bathe by the salt pans at San Pedro, very popular with the locals.
