This three-bedroom villa features a casual and colourful décor, with a spacious living room opening onto the covered outdoor terrace, where you can dine al fresco, or relax with a cool tropical drink and enjoy the view of the ocean just steps away across the garden. Guests can also enjoy the plunge pool, located just off to the side of the covered terrace. The master bedroom is located on the upper level of the villa, as is the second bedroom, both with access to the sun deck that also overlooks the garden and ocean beyond. The third bedroom is situated in a self-contained cottage just steps away from the main house via the open courtyard.

This Barbados beachfront villa is an excellent choice for a family or a group of friends looking for a carefree holiday on the West Coast of Barbados. It offers quiet privacy and yet is only minutes from five-star dining, shopping, nightlife, the popular Limegrove Centre and other amenities of Holetown.

Your rental includes a cook service 6 days per week (excluding public holidays) who will prepare up to 3 meals per day plus a housekeeper.

Please note that the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.

​​This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.

It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but as a result of sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur including a narrower beach and more rocks visible.
