In the evening, enjoy watching the beautiful sunset view from one of the spacious outdoor decks.

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home will accommodate up to 10 guests (eight adults). The master bedroom offers a soft king-size bed, ocean views, and en suite bathroom complete with expansive shower and double vanity. In the second bedroom, your guests will enjoy a queen bed and beautifully appointed decor. The third room has two sets of comfy twin-over-full bunk beds, making the room perfect for your younger vacationers to share.

The bright and spacious main living area is bathed in light from the many windows, showcasing the classic white and blue beach decor and ocean-themed accents. Enjoy the central A/C and check out what's on cable, stream Netflix or watch a DVD on the flat screen TV. The large gourmet kitchen boasts professional stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need. The ground level entertainment area has plenty of seating and a five-burner gas grill for cooking out. With access to a private washer/dryer, you'll be able to take care of laundry in no time.

Less than two blocks from the beach and a mile-and-a-half from dining, shopping, and nightlife at Seawall District of Galveston. Family-friendly attractions such as Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, and Moody Gardens are only minutes away with a short drive into town. Book today!

Beach Amenities: Wagon, 10’ X 10’ canopy, foldable beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella, boogie boards, ice chest, river run tubes, electronic air pump, and more. Home includes outdoor shower with hot & cold water.

Water Access: There is a public beach access in this resort community, you can get there by walking in three minutes or there is parking near the dune walk-overs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This gated community does not tolerate large gatherings or events of any kind in-unit or on the beach. Any violators of this policy will be evicted from the premises immediately and no refunds will be provided.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a friendly reminder rather than risking a noise complaint from a neighbor. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
