Built in 2016, it is a high-end chalet, made with beautiful materials with refined decoration that combines comfort and modernity. It is equipped for 8 people.
It is organized around 3 levels:
On the ground floor :
- Entrance, double bedroom with direct access to the outside,
- A WC, a spa equipped with a sauna, an indoor pool of 2.50 by 3 meters and a shower and sink area, a laundry room.
On the garden level:
- A double bedroom with private shower room including a toilet.
- A bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room with WC.
These 2 bedrooms have direct access to the balcony which goes around the chalet.
A large, very bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and living room giving access to a large terrace. A chimney.
Upstairs :
-A mezzanine with an extra bed giving access to a large double bedroom.

Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with 2 twin 80 cm beds.
The chalet benefits from all modern comforts (WiFi, all household appliances).

It is located 2.5 km from the Parion gondola, access via a snow-cleared road.
Many summer hikes are accessible directly from the chalet. The Mont Blanc Express train stop "Vaudagne" is 10 minutes' walk away.
