The chalet is located in an exceptional and very rural setting with gorgeous, unobstructed view of the glacier Taconnaz and the Mont Blanc.

The entrance hall on the ground floor, overlooks a spacious open plan lounge / dining room with a pellet stove, a modern kitchen fully equipped with a large window overlooking the deck and private garden with great view of the Mont Blanc. There is also a designer bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet and a double bedroom with chest of drawers on the same level.
The staircase from the entrance hall to the first floor where two bedrooms located, and a hallway with cupboards and wardrobe. The master bedroom with access by French windows onto a balcony with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. There is also a separate WC and a designer bathroom with a tub, double vanity washing machine.

Positiv, war alles vorhanden und freundliche Kommunikation. Super Kamin und leicht zu bedienen.
Duschvorhang im EG hat gefehlt und im Garten lag leider Kot.
Ansonsten war das Haus sehr geräumig und sehr gemütlich.
Wifi hat leider nur auf dem Handy funktioniert und nicht auf dem Laptop.
Ist eine Infarot Sauna vorhanden.
Wir sind zufrieden.

Vous avez apprécié votre séjour au chalet et c'est important pour nous. Nous avons testé le WIFI sur notre téléphone et l'ordinateur portable et n'avons rencontré aucun problème. Pour la salle de douche, il n'y a pas de rideau de douche pour faciliter l'accès à une personne avec un handicap moteur.
Au plaisir de vous accueillir une prochaine fois avec vos amis.

We were 5 adults and a baby for 8 nights stay. spacious chalet, well equipped with many extras. the location is very quite with stunning views of the Aiguille du Midi from the terrace and balcony. short driving distance from all the local attractions and ski lifts. overall great chalet highly recommended.

Für 4 Personen sehr gut
Haus für 4 Personen sehr schön, für 6 Personen ist leider der Warmwasserbehälter zuklein und es dauert 2 Stunden bis wieder heißes Wasser zur Verfügung steht.
Sonst war alles prima und die Lage ist wunderschön. Gerne wieder.

Nous sommes attentifs aux vacanciers afin qu'ils passent un super séjour dans la Vallée de Chamonix.
Pour répondre à la remarque sur la capacité du chauffe-eau. Elle est de 300l et adaptée pour une consommation raisonnable. Quand il y a une consommation importante d'eau chaude, il convient d'anticiper et de mettre le cumulus en marche forcée.
C'est avec plaisir que nous accueillerons pour un prochain séjour Uwe et sa famille.

Comfortabel vakantiehuis in rustige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht
Comfortabel huis (2 onder 1 kap) van alle gemakken voorzien, in rustige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht op bergen en gletschers. Alles vrijwel nieuw en schoon. Dichtbij uitvalweg naar Chamonix (5min) ook in de zomer veel kabelbanen open. Sportievelingen kunnen hier hun hart ophalen.Het enige wat we hebben gemist is een tafel buiten om aan te eten. Het huis is een aanbeveling. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen.

Great chalet
We had a wonderful stay here in March. The chalet was great in every possible way and the owners were extremely friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The chalet is very new and modern and has everything you could possibly need during your stay with the added bonus of having one of the best views in Chamonix of Aiguille du midi. We particularly liked relaxing in the living room with the wood chip burner on. There is also a little sauna that was nice to use after a days skiing. I would recommend having a car if staying here but I think that pretty much applies to the whole of Chamonix as the ski areas are spread out in different places. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to Chamonix center from the chalet which we had no issues doing most evenings to eat out or pick up a takeaway. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Chamonix.
