Its situated in a beautiful village with private gates to access the lovely estate. Its lovely and quiet with a 20minute walk to the local pub.The estate is lovely with two lakes but is slightly overgrown in places. The swimming pool is open 10am-5.30pm and is very private but it's very cold! The table tennis & pool table is great but could do with some screening/fencing as it's very close to the next cottage. It would be great if the garden was enclosed to make it easier when you have a dog. It would also be a good idea to have a stair gate or stable door to keep the dog downstairs. There was only 1 sofa and 2 armchairs so it wasnt possible for all 6 of us to sit in the living area. Overall we had a lovely stay

Everything was amazing! The only issue we had was that the TV didn’t work due to signal, could maybe benefit from sky or a cable box?

Beautiful cottange and garden.
Beautiful cottange and garden. Our son loved the pool. Arrived to some lovely goodies including a little pack of baby toiletries which was very much appreciated. The village of Hollingbourne is very picturesque, and though further from the centre of the village than we thought there is a shortcut across the wheat field so we didn't have to take the pram on the road. Very close to Leess castle and Ashford designer outlet. We will definitely return.
