Family house Folo consists of 5 apartments and is situated in an attractive part of Rovinj - only 1,5 km away from the town centre and 350 m from the Cuvi beach. The simply furnished apartment A2 is located on the second floor and consists of one bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, water kettle, coffee machine) and air-conditioned dining and living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed for two additional persons, a bathroom with a shower and a nice balcony with a little seating area. The city center is only 1,5 km away from the apartment offering the guests a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach, the city, the shops, restaurants, coffees and the night life of Rovinj. The location also offers you the possibility to make many day trips to the famous tourist destinations Pula, Porec or the popular tourist locations in the central Istria.

Mooi ruim appartement op een goede locatie

Ruim, schoon appartement. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. De eigenaresse woont op de begane grond en is makkelijk aanspreekbaar. (Duits) Appartement ligt op ongeveer 600 meter loopafstand van de woning. Het centrum is lopend 1,5 kilometer meter. Wij hadden fietsen mee. Er moet wel stevig geklommen worden met de fiets.
