On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom, and another in the living room. In front of the house is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a spacious garden with a private pool. Private parking is also located in front of the house.
