La Alzina is set on the crest of a hill above the road to Alcudia, and also has a lovely covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool (9m x 5m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with steps) and lawned garden (bordered by trees offering shade), whilst there are superb panoramic views of the sea and bay from the garden and upstairs bedrooms. Enchanting and immaculate, this house is highly recommended.

From the shaded dining veranda doors lead into a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, then into a modern fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
