Upon entering the ground floor, you come into the modern and cosy living-dining room, furnished with sofas where you can watch satellite TV whilst enjoying the cool air from the air conditioning. The charming kitchen, fitted with a ceramic hob, is fully equipped and also features a small dining area for five people. On the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms, featuring a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower.



On the first floor are the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; and the other with a trundle bed, a desk, a wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a third bathroom on this floor with a bath. A cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby. The property also has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, located on the -1 floor.
