Villa with 7 rooms/14beds with a fantastic seaview & heated pool in El Portet

Villa Encanto is a beautiful and charming authentic villa located in the popular area of El Portet in Moraira.
The house is located at the end of the road with a fantastic view over the Mediterranean sea and within walking distance (7-10 min.) to the beautiful beach El Portet, where you can enjoy a fantastic day with its cozy and charming atmosphere. In addition, you can walk to the harbor and town of Moraira (20-25 min), which offers many good restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets. The villa is approx. 400 m2 and can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 rooms, 4 bathrooms + 1 toilet.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and newly installed continental beds (3 rooms with 1 x double bed and 4 rooms with 2 x single beds that can be put together if desired).

The villa has its own cozy pool area surrounded by palm trees with a nice heated pool measuring 10 x 4.5 meters with child-friendly stairs in one end, and a deep end of approx. 2 meters.

The covered terrace has a big area with plenty of shade as well as a fantastic view over the valley and the Mediterranean Sea. It contains a dining area for 14 persons with an outdoor kitchen, which is an extension of the kitchen inside.
There is also a cozy lounge area to enjoy coffee/tea or a drink while enjoying the view.

Inside there is an extendable dining table with chairs for up to 14 people, as well as a large spacious living room with a sofa group where there are plenty of opportunities to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.


Villa Encanto is divided into 3 levels (Room description below):

Level 2:
- 1 x room with a double bed and bathroom and a small terrace with sea view.

Level 1:
- Large living room with a sofa group and view over the Mediterranean Sea.
- Dining room with table and chairs for up to 14 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Outdoor BBQ area
- 1 x room with double bed
- 2 x rooms with two single beds in each room (can be moved together if desired)
- 1 x bathroom

Level 0:
- 1 x room with a double bed and bathroom with direct access to the pool and wonderful sea view
