This beautiful, contemporary home with large private pool perfect for lounging or relaxing after a long day at the beach is the perfect combination of privacy and luxury.
Conveniently located in a quiet residential area and just 10 minutes
Walking distance from the pristine Tamarindo beach and the heart of the town, where you find all the great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, beach & surfing.
This modern home has 3 spacious bedrooms each equipped with a full, ensuite bathroom, plus a half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience.
Two or the bedrooms are considered “master bedrooms”; one is located on the second floor with a private balcony for sunbathing,
and the other is on the first floor with its own terrace. The third bedroom has two twin beds and overlooks the pool and garden.
Each bedroom is equipped with a daybed to accommodate children or larger groups.
The house also offers an inflatable air mattress and for guests with infants, a Graco Pack and Play is available.
The home’s spacious, open floor plan includes a fully equipped high-end kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a large island perfect for entertaining.
Small appliances include toaster, blender, microwave and coffee maker. Dishes, glassware, cookware, towels, and quality linens are provided.
In addition to a gorgeous private pool surrounded by a tropical garden, the backyard’s covered terrace is the perfect place to BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining.
It also has and outdoors shower.

There is also a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer on the main level and weekly housekeeping is included.
This home has A/C throughout, and includes high speed interne, cable, TV, and phones in every room. The home is called –in for privacy, but includes an alarm system for added peace of mind.
Garage parking for one car is also available should guests desire to rent a car for day trips or store bikes.
This is the perfect place to create lifelong memories and discover the beauty of Tamarindo Beach!

The house was perfect for our needs (2 adults with 4 kids)! Altough the pool wasn’t clean and the upstairs bedroom was very warm (even with A/C), the kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of bathrooms (3 complete 1 powder room), netflix services and laundry room available (including soap)! We’re love to stay there a other time as it’s at the perfect distance from downtown tamarindo to avoir noise and not feel isolated.

The house was amazing. My two sons had their own bedroom and bathroom and the washer and dryer came in very handy. Close to restaurants and town. We walked into town when it wasn't raining. Little Lucha is a must if you love tacos. I would not hesitate to book.

The house is gorgeous! Spacious, clean and all the amenities needed. The pool was a must and so great after a day at the beach. Close walk to beach, store and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.

Incredible trip. The hostess is incredibly welcoming and met us at the house. She showed us the property and welcomed us in person. We appreciated this. When we had questions or concerns about the property she was available and helpful. The property is beautiful and was walkable all the way to the estuary. Would highly recommend.

Our family of 6 (us, parents and adult children) absolutely loved our 2 week stay here. Setup of house allows for privacy for 3 groups with separate bathrooms and sitting areas. The pool and outdoor areas are perfect, pool cleaner and house cleaners arrived each week. Excellent for large groups with two spacious eating areas. Location is perfect, walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes to excellent restaurants, shops and beach. Property host Yira was amazing, provided so much help both prior to the trip and while we were there. Always answered within minutes to any question we had. Highly recommend this property.

Great house!

This was the perfect rental for 3 generations (6 people) for a week. Walkable to everywhere in Tamarindo, clean, spacious, great property manager, lots of comforts (laundry, A/C, full kitchen, completely private pool area with walled garden, huge closets, extra beach towels) and many high-end touches. We did find that the internet connection was not great and there were no railings on the stairs - not a problem at all for us but something I'd want to know if I was planning on working or had mobility/vision/childproofing concerns. It's in a residential neighborhood a few blocks off a main road that leads downhill to the town and beach.

The Host was excellent!

This property is well laid out, providing a very safe and secure feeling. With only a 20 minute walk from the beach and the core of Tamarindo, you’ll find an abundance of restaurants and bars. The interior of the home is well kept and the kitchen has all of the amenities that one needs! With no other parking near by, the garage is a bonus, however a larger SUV or Van would have difficulties fitting into it. Unfortunately, we would’ve enjoyed the pool, but with the wind constantly blowing leaves and branches into it from the plants and adjacent trees, we found it uninviting. Our checkin/checkout process went with out a hitch! Yira is such a pleasant Host. We found her to be very accommodating and gracious. Thank you, Yira!

Tamarindo 5th time

We had a lovely stay. House was exactly as described. Pool was a highlight. Yira is great at responding to any questions very quickly. Would highly recommend a golf cart as walk back from beach can be very hot especially with groceries. Pillows could use an update. This was my 5th time to Tamarindo and the first time I had something stolen. I left a speaker outside when we went out. House was locked and alarm set but it was around the pool. Area is getting very busy and lots of construction so obviously petty theft is increasing. Still feel very safe in the area. Highly recommend trying the new Morher earth vegan hotel just up the road for dinner as well asBamboo Sushi is a must for us every trip to Tama.

This property does not overcommit. The house is spacious, clean full of amenities. The back garden is an oasis. You could walk to town but we enjoyed renting a golf cart. Hands down, the best communication and support I have ever had; pre, during, post visit. Yira was amazing.

Overall, this property was nice in goo location. Unfortunately, it was missing things that one would expect to see in a property at this price point. No salt, pepper, laundry detergent, plastic wrap or foil were provided. In addition, the home could use a refresh - many little things have been neglected. Yira, however, was fantastic and very helpful to us, including scheduling a Covid test for our return back to the US. Thank you.

Fun stay in Tamarindo

Our first time with our family of 4 in Costa Rica. The house was great, spacious, and well laid out for a family stay. 10 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart (highly recommended) to the beach. Yira the property manager was great, and assisted us with all of our needs. Loved the back yard pool area which was the realy highlight of the house after a long day on the beach. Great landscaping with beautiful trees, birds. Great spot to eat Eutopia a french bistro just a short walk away for yummy breakfast treats. The people in Tamarindo were fantastic we will be back!!

An Absolute Must!

This is our 2nd trip to Tamarindo; this property is outstanding--even better than the high-end resort we stayed in last time. The house is quite large and the decor is clean, bright, and beautiful. Our 3 sons were able to spread out between the twin beds in 1 room and the double bed in another while my husband and I had a king bed in the private room upstairs. The swimming pool is an added bonus, as are the washer and dryer, and the backyard is incredible. We spent many early mornings and late afternoons lounging by the pool, enjoying the outdoors. Yira was delightful and easy to work with. Only one slight complaint (and it's minor)--the A/C upstairs struggled to keep the upstairs room cool. It was March in CR, and we knew it was going to be hot, but the only way to prevent that room from staying unbearable was for no one to shower upstairs and to keep the door to that room constantly closed. This was the only way to make the room temperature tolerable at nighttime in the upstairs room. The home is just an 8-10 minute walk or so to the downtown area. We had a rental car which was terrific (and easy--the house has a garage) and allowed a day trip to Las Catalinas and also to the *not-to-be-missed* Lola's at Playa Avellanas. There is a new grocery store (Vindi) about a 5 minute walk away--another benefit. All in all, this home is fantastic and comes HIGHLY recommended! Thank you, Yira, for a terrific week in Tamarindo!

Yira was there to help with any concerns or offer recommendations to optimize our stay. Getting around by golf carts was key for our group to maximize our time at the beach. We had a lovely catered dinner in the villa made by a personal chef and I would highly recommend Juan and his delicious meal options. Tamarindo is great- we all could see ourselves coming back and staying there again.

Paradise experience!

This property was superb. The location is fantastic and amenities very good. The backyard and pool are amazing to enjoy the morning sun and late afternoon cool down. The only suggestionI would have is for more bathroom towels and items such as garbage bags, spices and oils and a few more utensils. Overall great.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was clean and well supplied. Good furniture, beds and linens. We cooked most meals at the house and enjoyed eating at the outside table near the pool. The garage was nice to have for the rental car. The floor plan was good for privacy allowing some to sleep while others were cooking or watching a game.. It was an easy walk to the store and the beach.

Perfect home for a group. Great location and the house has it all

This was our first trip to Tamarindo. It's a small village that is super casual and there is a ton to do there. Everything is within walking distance and the terrain is pretty flat. The house is several blocks from the beach in an area with a lot of big, nice homes. The house is in a great location. We had more than enough room for our family of five. It was big, open, modern and spacious. It was clean, and a cleaning lady came in mid-week which was appreciated given that we had tracked a little dirt and sand in due to trips to the beach. The home is beautifully decorated. The pool is warm and clean. The landscaping around the pool felt like a fancy resort- it couldn't have been more beautiful or perfect. My favorite part was waking up early to the birds and monkey sounds and sitting by the pool with my coffee and book. We had plenty of towels and appreciated the washer and dryer. They also provided beach towels which was a major plus. There's a charcoal grill that we used to cook our fresh mahi mahi that we caught on a fishing excursion. Yira is an awesome property manager. She checked in and helped us with questions and helped us to book local activities. She was proactive and responsive. I felt like she was a personal concierge. She was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around the house, told us where the grocery stores are located. She made our trip worry-free and enjoyable.

Amazing vacation home - all around!

This was our first trip to Tamarindo, Costa Rica as well as our first time renting a home for a vacation and the experience was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful, modern, had a great location and had plenty of room for our family of six. The house was clean, and beautifully furnished. The pictures represent the home perfectly! The process to book the home was very simple and within minutes of booking our vacation home, Yira reached out to let us know she would be our contact for all our needs. Yira was incredible! Her response time to all of our questions was extremely fast. She helped us in every aspect of our trip. From arranging transportation to booking tours and excursions. She put our minds at ease. Yira greeted us upon arrival, provided us her cell phone number and let us know we could reach out to her any time day or night. The house is located about 10 minutes walk from downtown and another 5 minutes to the beach. There is a brand new grocery store on the way about 7 minutes walk. The house has all the amenities you would expect, including washer and dryer. They also provide beach towels, which is nice as it saved us room in our bags. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this property to all!

Perfect Home for your Vacation

This was our first trip to Tamarindo and first time renting a home versus vacationing in an all-inclusive resort. We absolutely loved this home, it was everything the pictures showed and what was described on the VRBO website. It is very clean and very well taken care of. From the moment we booked the home to the moment we left, Yira took care of everything for us. She is truly amazing and makes your vacation seamless. The house is located up the street from the main drag of Tamarindo, but a short walk lands you in the heart of the town with excellent beaches, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. I would highly recommend booking a golf cart prior to arriving for your vacation, we did not and they were all booked until midweek. Once we got our golf cart we were able to explore different beaches and areas of Tamarindo that would have been difficult to reach on foot, but not impossible. Yira booked all of our excursions for the daily trips we wanted to take, as well as our transportation to/from the airport. The house offers all the amenities and kitchen dishes needed to make meals yourself. Beach towels are supplied which was a huge benefit since the pool and beach are right at our fingertips. It was very nice having a washer and dryer also. The garage offers space for 2 4 people golf carts with electric outlets so they can be charged at night and ready for the next day. The housekeeper comes midweek which was great and much appreciated. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group and we never felt crowded and the kids enjoyed having their own room together since the one room offers all twin beds. Lastly, the pool was amazing! We all enjoyed the morning time sunshine with coffee and the evening sunsets to cool off after a day at the beach. You will not be disappointed when renting this home for your vacation. Yira will take great care of you and all of your needs. Pura Vida!!!!
