Apartment in the Rincón de Loix area, close to the beach with communal parking and swimming pool area, perfect for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and sofa bed, ideal for a family wanting to spend excellent holidays near all restaurants, supermarkets and just minutes away from the beach.
The distribution is as follows: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace.
The apartment is fully furnished and has an air conditioning system as well, cold and heat.
The Rincón de Loix area has life throughout the year and caters to all ages.
Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
