Located in the popular coastal village of Perranuthnoe, a beautifully appointed one bedroom luxury apartment set over two floors, with stunning coastal views from all rooms and the large balcony.

In the heart of the village yet tucked away in a no through road the apartment enjoys stunning coastal views from both the bedroom and living areas, with views over open fields to the rear.

Dine in with the newly fitted kitchen with full sized oven and hob or stroll 20 yards to the popular award winning Victoria Inn. A two minute walk takes you to the popular beach, gift shops and cafes. Off road parking is provided for one car.

The apartment is fully self-contained with it's own entrance but is attached to the main residence and shares parking on the same drive. The property has a spiral staircase.

NB: Winter let available from November to April! Please contact me for details.

Hello, I'm Sam! I moved to Cornwall 18 years ago with my daughter and two cats after working in a very fast paced corporate environment. Prior to that I had been a visitor to the county for most of my life and have always been drawn to it’s beauty, finding peace and calmness here. It was always a goal of mine to move to Cornwall and after a very supportive manager allowed me to take voluntary redundancy I achieved my dream!

I was lucky enough to move to this wonderful village and my beautiful home 13 years ago. I have been totally inspired by the magic of Cornwall and have been able to follow my passions of photography and interior design. In 2020 I will be offering a fully self-contained duplex apartment finished to the highest specification and do hope you will be able to visit!

Ideally suited for couples looking for that perfect escape you have everything in close proximity. An award winning pub and restaurant 20 yards away plus the fantastic sandy beach, cafes and south west coast path ideal for those interested in walking, all yards from your front door. St Michael's Mount can be reached some two miles distance by the coast path or take the bus or drive by car in a couple of minutes. Penzance, offering mainline train to London, has an array of shops and restaurants, plus the popular outdoor Lido - The Jubilee Pool which in 2020 will offer a geothermal pool! The Minack cliff top theatre and St Ives can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.
