This modern-design villa is bright and spacious, offering fantastic views of the sea and the pine forests, along with large terraces and a private pool perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

GROUND FLOOR



On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and dining area, featuring large windows that fill the space with natural light. From here, you can access a terrace with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. There is also a living room with a fireplace, TV, and a guest toilet. On this floor, you will find the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.



LOWER FLOOR



One level below, there are three double bedrooms, all with access to the terrace and pool area, as well as two full bathrooms.



UPPER FLOOR



On the top floor, there is an additional space that functions as an office/bedroom with a double bed, access to another terrace, and an en-suite bathroom — ideal as a private or extra relaxation area. AMENITIES Private pool with spacious areas for relaxing. Free WiFi throughout the property. Air conditioning in the living room and in the upper-floor bedroom. Private parking space inside the property, with additional street parking available.



BEACHES & ACTIVITIES



Mataró Beach is just a 15-minute drive away — perfect for enjoying the sea during the day. There is also a nearby tennis club with a pool and play area, which can be accessed by paying an entrance fee.
