Wir waren zum zweiten Mal nach zwei Jahren wieder in dem Haus. Dieses ist nach wie vor toll gelegen und bestens ausgestattet. Allerdings müsste an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas aufgefrischt werden. So bröckeln die Fugen im Bad. Am Pool gibt es nur noch drei Liegen für 6 Personen und ein Sonnenschirm an der Terrasse fehlt. Alles nicht tragisch. Aber bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse hätten wir uns dies anders gewünscht.

Niets op aan te merken. Alles in orde. Zwembad, àlles verzorgd, goede bedden , aerco, en zoveel meer. Echt een rustvakantie. Je hebt wel een auto nodig als je dorpjes wil verkennen. Wij hebben Carcassonne gedaan. Op een 45 min van Beaufort .

Tops: fantastisch luxueus, modern huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, goede/uitgebreide inventaris, prachtig uitzicht, heerlijke collectie boeken en dvd’s. Tip 1: terras rondom zwembad breder maken zodat de ligbedden makkelijker/ruimer opgesteld kunnen worden. Tip 2: de traptreden rondom het huis smaller maken, zodat het huis ook voor oudere mensen/mensen die moeilijker ter been zijn geschikt kan zijn (wellicht voor kleine kinderen ook wat fijner). Heerlijke vakantie gehad, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten waren wunderbar. Der Pool war großartig. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm. Die Lage und die Aussicht waren wunderschön. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war großartig. Auf alle Fragen erhielten wir sehr schnell Antworten. Der einzige Nachteil war das WLAN, das nicht immer funktionierte und langsam war.

Een zeer mooi, modern ingericht huis. Alles is aanwezig. Airco in elke slaapkamer en in de woonkamer. Goede bedden, 2 ruime badkamers met douche, badkamermeubel en toilet + 1 extra toilet in de inkomhal. De keuken is voorzien van alle moderne (nieuwe) toestellen. Microgolfoven, oven, inductie kookplaat, dampkap, al wat je maar kan bedenken om eten te maken, en serveren. Mixer, broodrooster, waterkoker, koffiezet met pads (type Nespresso), vergiet, snijplanken, kookpotten, pannen, ... Voldoende bestek, borden, kopjes, potjes, glazen, mokken,... In de woonkamer staat ook een mooi haardvuur (hout is ook voorzien) Buiten is er een mooi terras om te genieten van een lekker ontbijt of 's avonds een gezelschapsspel te spelen of nog lekker na te genieten bij een hapje en een drankje. We hebben er ook lekker gebarbecued op het aanwezige BBQ toestel. Er is een zalig verwarmd zwembad. De temperatuur schommelde bij ons tussen 27 en 29 graden - zalig !!! Er zijn voldoende ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Een kleine tip: misschien nog een tweetal extra parasols voorzien - nu is er één. Het zwembad was ook heel proper. Zelfs na ons dagelijks zwempartijtje en dit 14 dagen lang. De petanquebaan is ook heel leuk om 's avonds nog een partijtje te spelen. We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie in dit huis. Zeker aan te bevelen en perfect voor ons gezelschap (2 koppels + 1 dochter van 17 jaar) Een klein aandachtpuntje: Voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn of met kleine kinderen zijn de trappen om het zwembad en het huis te bereiken (via de parking) een beetje gevaarlijk en moeilijk.

Villa met alle nodige luxe, echter bij aankomst merkten we toch dat de netheid en hygiene iets beter kan. Daarom is onze ervaring hier eerder goed ipv fantastisch. Ook is er een probleem met het zwembad; het water is zeer troebel, de oorzaak in onbekend en er zou geen probleem zijn om te zwemmen.

Super locatie met alle moderne voorzieningen in een rustige omgeving. Het huis is perfect onderhouden en de keuken is uitgebreid voorzien van kookgerei. Dit jaar is er een petanque baan aangelegd wat erg leuk is. Op enkele minuten van het centrum van Olonzac dus elke morgen lekker stokbrood en verse croissants. Enkel de trap naar het zwembad is echt voor verbetering vatbaar en zelfs wat gevaarlijk indien er blootsvoets op wordt gestapt.

Wat een schitterend huis! Nieuw, schoon, mooie inrichting, logische indeling en ...

Wat een schitterend huis! Nieuw, schoon, mooie inrichting, logische indeling en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker een aanrader om te boeken. Gelegen in een rustige landelijke omgeving waarbij je er wel rekening mee moet houden dat je vaak de auto zal moeten pakken om dingen te kunnen doen. Tenzij je natuurlijk houdt van fietsen of wandelen in de omgeving. Vriendelijke mensen in het dorp zelf en de aangrenzende dorpen die soms een klein beetje Engels spreken maar je komt er altijd wel uit met elkaar. Wij zouden zonder twijfel een volgende keer weer dezelfde villa boeken. Nog een tip voor de eigenaar is dat het wellicht een idee is om op het terras een schaduwdoek op te hangen aan het uiteinde van de houten overkapping en de reling. Dit omdat het in de ochtend en middagzon best heel warm kan worden daar. Wij hebben regelmatig de parasol onder de overkapping gezet maar dit was best een gehannes. Wellicht ook een idee om een extra parasol bij het zwembad neer te zetten, twee tips dus eigenlijk ;-)

Een fantastische villa..!! Nieuw, ruim en schoon met een modern interieur. Helemaal onze smaak. We hebben veel tijd doorgebracht op de veranda, genietend van het prachtige uitzicht en de zon. Regelmatig even de trap af voor een verkoelende duik in het zwembad... De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, alhoewel je echt niet in the middle of nowhere zit. Niet alles was perfect, maar daar wordt aan gewerkt. Nieuwigheid.., zullen we maar zeggen. Toch verdient deze villa vijf sterren, wat ons betreft. De kans dat we hier nog eens terug komen is zeker aanwezig...

vooraf al een goed gevoel bij de foto,s en dat gevoel werd bevestigd toen we aankwamen. Schitterend huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Alleen al het uitzicht over het dorpje verderop(Oupia) is fantastisch zo in de ochtend met een kopje koffie en de opkomende zon
