Centerville location is central to all points of Cape Cod and minutes from Craigville, Hyannisport, Osterville, Barnstable , Cotuit, and Hyannis.

Our air conditioned home has a fully equipped eat in kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, a spacious living area, cable and streaming TV, WiFi, 2 1/2 baths, a sun room with a queen sofa, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, beach chairs and towels, as well as crisp linens, and plush towels. Please inquire if you'd like to rent kayaks and / or bikes.

Begin and end your days on the wrap around deck viewing spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Relax, play, sunbathe, swim at your own beach, bike on the Cape Cod trails and the Cape Cod Canal, and/ or explore Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard; only 2 Miles to the Fast Speed Hy Line and Steamship ferries!

Anytime is a perfect time to visit 65 Magnolia Avenue so you can explore the many beaches, bogs, and marshlands on the Cape. Spring is a special season when lots of flora and fauna return. We have great cycling routes all over the Cape! Or come enjoy the Cape during our beautiful autumn season with warm sunny days, cool evenings, and less crowds. Enjoy whale watching, a round of golf, antiquing on Old Kings Highway, or beach combing.

Our stay was wonderful and our host, Terri. was very warm and welcoming and made every aspect of booking and visiting extremely easy. The location of the house right beside the dunes with an exquisite view of sea, sky and sand and a lovely deck for taking in the gorgeous sights and refreshing breezes is beyond amazing. And the home itself is luxuriously spacious, and brilliantly designed, allowing for plenty of room for our group of three adults, an infant and two toddlers to socialize easily but also enjoy privacy. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the living room chairs and couches and the house was so thoughtfully equipped with any supply you could want. This place gets an A plus plus plus. We can’t wait to return next summer!!!

Ocean Views

This was a gorgeous spot to stay! The home overlooks the ocean with a panoramic view and the beach is easily accessible. We were lucky to have fabulous weather so it was an incredible week with our family.

Wonderful Experience

Great stay from the location, personal attention from owners, and fabulous beach access and views. Everything we wanted for an extended family vacation with local family nearby. Even with less than ideal weather, it was a magical week. Highly recommend this property for a fabulous Cape Cod experience.

Wonderful time

The location really drew us in. There is something to be said about being able to walk out your back door and be on the beach. Vacation game changer. The property itself was awesome. It fit all our cooking needs. It was really clean and comfortable. It was an awesome place to relax.

Family trip to the Cape

We had a great stay at this wonderful beach property. As another reviewer mentioned, the photos understate it. The home was just steps from the beach, the bedrooms were all good size, the living area was large, and the house had everything we needed. Ann and Terri were very helpful and it was great to meet Ann while we were there. We'd stay again!

Wonderful spot on the beach!

Great house, right on private beach. Spacious common rooms. Bedrooms very nice with comfortable beds and linens. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cabana as well! We mostly spent time on the porch with direct ocean and dune views. The owner and her family were very friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful experience here and would love be to go back again. Thank you to Ann and her family!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had such a great experience at this house. It is well-maintained and super-clean--like a hotel--as well as being spacious. We had one rainy day, and, with the view, being in the house was just as lovely as being outside! Ann was extra helpful with orienting us for our sightseeing and every restaurant she recommended we loved! The beach access is private with a short boardwalk to the water, lined with beautiful wild roses. They provided two beach cabanas for shade, beach chairs, and towels. We loved watching the osprey nest visible from the kitchen window, and many species of songbirds can be seen right on the property. Bring binoculars!

Perfection & Peace!

This is a wonderful, private, and pristine place, just a few steps from the ocean. The pictures don’t really capture how gorgeous this home is and the views are. The beach is nice for families who don’t want intense/high waves; we enjoyed the surf without feeling thrown around. There is a lovely natural dune in front, we had a great time watching the birds and bunnies at dusk. The home had very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, with high quality linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and an absolutely fantastic and spacious front deck. Beautiful sliders and big windows everywhere were enjoyed by all—from sunrise to sunset. Every room was exceptionally clean and the furniture was clean and comfortable. Just an outstanding place to stay with plenty to do and excellent restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness extended by Ann and Terri who made sure we had everything we needed and provided clear information and instructions. We really hope to return again!

Friends Reunion on Cape Cod

Beautiful home on a beautiful beach property. Wonderful view, large deck, well equipped kitchen. Lovely owners who were always available if needed. Bedrooms were uneven with 1 hide-a-bed, 1 cramped room, 1 large room and 1 fabulous room. Good for families but tricky for a group of adults.

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation

Usually the photos for homes/rentals are overstated. The opposite is true here. We have been to many beaches, this is by far the best beach front property we have been to. The view from the deck is magnificent. The private beach is a mere 75 yards from the house. Stunning. Cant’t say enough about the owner and her attentiveness. The location at Craigsville Beach is perfect.

Great beachfront getaway

Feeling at home and on vacation at the same time

Our family (including our adult kids and grandchild) loved everything about the house. The owners were welcoming from the start, asked about our needs, and made us feel at home. The house is laid out wonderfully and has plenty of rooms and inside/outside spaces to enjoy family time together or find a quiet place for yourself. The towels and bed linens are high-end hotel quality. We used the deck that runs the full length of the back of the house from morning to evening -- the ocean views, sounds and breezes are spectacular. The "sandy beach patio" below the deck was like a big sand box for our 3-year-old grandchild. Having the beautiful private beach so close makes this a truly special vacation spot. The location is also very convenient to explore the Cape Cod area and access restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. We loved every moment!

Lovely home, great view on a private beach

The owners go out of their way to make sure their guests comfortable. The view from one whole side of the house is outstanding, and the private beachfront is so easy and lovely. The house is definitely dated (kitchen and bathrooms probably 1970s), but the space feels big and bright, the bedrooms are a generous size, and the beds have fresh white linens and were comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here in October with our 4 children. We had a wonderful time. The home is clean and right on the beach. The kids loved the sand beach right below the home, which was a great play area for them when we were on the actual beach :). The cabana and chairs were a great extra. We will be back.

The perfect get away

Gracious family owned home, steps to a private beach with an awaiting cabana and beach chairs provided by owner. House deck providing the oceans view. Town and shopping needs are a short car ride away. The house is a home. The owners went to great lengths to be sure all needs are at hand and after a day of fun, the beds and linens are perfection.
