This home has room to comfortably sleep 10 guests, two living rooms for watching games, movies or just being together, fenced in back yard, garage port, and back deck for grilling out! This quiet neighborhood street is Nashville's hottest new neighborhood. You are 11 mins from downtown Nashville and within a short walk to all of the action on 51st Avenue in the Nations. 51st Avenue is home to many brand new bars and restaurants for your dining and nightlife needs!

Great Place in West Nashville

The property was great, well stocked with comfortable beds and nice linens. You can walk to many restaurants, brewery, and distillery and only a short drive/uber to downtown Nashville. The host was prompt with responding to all my questions and requests. I would definitely stay there again!

I Perfect Nashville house

Loved this house for the 4 adults and 3 teens to stay while in Nashville. Great quiet location, easy to get here, and perfect size. Check in was fast and easy on line, house was in perfect condition, and served us well for our stay. Would recommend and would stay here again.

This is our go-to home when we are visiting family in the Nations. Beautiful & comfortable home. Great communication with owner. A short walk for morning coffee and other restaurants. Short drive to Nashville. Thank you, Neil!
