The large ocean view deck is located off the dining area and is a perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy a meal while experiencing the beautiful Cambria sunsets. It features a table & chairs, chaise lounges and a Weber charcoal barbeque. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need including newer appliances as well as an ocean view. There is also a powder room and separate laundry room off the entry hallway.

All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full baths are located upstairs. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and a dressing table with make-up mirror. Master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a Queen size and another King bed for the 2nd & 3rd bedroom, respectively. There is also a loft area with a desk for a quiet place to work if need be. A cozy daybed & chair offers a place for a nap or is a spot for meditation or reading.

The ocean and tidepools as well as the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are about a 15 minute walk from the house.
