Brand new detached house in Oliva, newly furnished and decorated. Terraced house with 3 floors, new construction, 100m from Rabdells Beach, in Oliva Nova. Ideal for couples and families. It has a swimming pool and paddle tennis court.
The house is rented in its entirety, it has 3 terraces and 2 patios, it is very bright and cool in summer when it has two orientations. The house has air conditioning and heat pump.
It is located in the best area of Oliva, just 3 minutes walk from Rabdells beach with protected dunes. It is not a crowded beach but at the same time it has all the necessary services, lifeguards, showers, restaurants and beach bars, sailing school, etc.
Just 1km away is the famous golf course in the area and a small shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants, shops, equestrian center and pharmacy.
