Fresh and modern, Villa Anthea is a perfect choice for beach holidays best suited for big families and group of friends. Villa Anthea features a private pool and large terrace with garden furniture and offers the best for outside living, either enjoying the sun during the day or the summer night’s breeze. Set in a peaceful location in a gated luxury estate at walking distance to the beach, it is tastefully furnished in contemporary style. It comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. It has spacious living areas, all necessary amenities you would expect from a luxury home and provides excellent opportunities for relaxing holidays.
On the ground floor, in an open plan layout, you will find the living room, the dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen and the guests’ washroom/shower-room. Large patio doors lead to the terrace and pool. Also on the ground floor, descending two steps, you will find one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
The other three bedrooms (all with double beds) are on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Another bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. A nice feature of the villa is the external stair case that leads directly to the pool area. For your comfort all rooms are air-conditioned and also centrally heated in winter.
Well positioned, within ten minutes’ walk to the beach, while local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

LOVELY VILLA

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this Villa. We love the location - you have to have a car to get around. The pool is a great size it suits us perfectly.

We have stayed at this villa on several occasions. It is always clean and well presented. The villa has everything that you need for a great holiday. The pool is excellent. George the property manager is excellent in communications and deals with any enquiries promptly.Would recommend a car to enable you to get around.

The house was perfect for our big family. Nice bedrooms but the best was the outdoor area. Really good communication with the owners who were really flexible when our flight was changed. Would love to come back

Fanstastic Villa, luxury stay

I have nothing but praise for George. Our villa stay in August 2024 was so relaxing and stress free. George has thought of everything as the villa is fully equipped with towels (bath and beach), multi country tV satellite channels, fully kitted out kitchen, lounge, sun-beds and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! Enough room for everyone!

Very happy

Villa exceeded our expectations - I don't think the photo's do the property justice. Plenty of space, I couldn't fault the property. Very clean and cool upon arrival which helped given the hot weather. Very well equipped kitchen. Great communication with George and Andreas throughout. Car is recommended / needed to get to nearby villages - we knew this before we booked and intended on booking one anyway. Really happy we chose this property and would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful accommodation and great host

This wonderful villa is located 10 minutes from Larnaca airport and made us smile when we arrived. The house was very clean, the pool as shown on the pictures and all of the rooms had been prepared perfectly. In order to being able to reach out to the next towns as Perviolia, Larnaca and others or for shopping or the next bakery you should have a car. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach all the local destinations. In Perviolia there are fantastic restaurants as Pyrgos or the Gyro Gyro - the best gyros I have ever had since. In case of any questions our host answered within minutes and helped wherever he can. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. A big fridge helps you keeping up all necessary food and the knives are sharp which is not often find in privately rented villas. The description of the accommodation was as the villa appeared to be. We had three wonderful weeks with our family and it is for sure that we will be back sometime. And: the cat living in the house is so cuddly and lovely. A perfect villa for families with kids of every age. Thanks for all.

Ostern mit den Großeltern

Wir waren 14 Tage in der traumhaften Villa. Großeltern über 80 Jahre und wir mit unserer 30 jährigen Tochter.Die Villa hat 4 DZ, die sehr schön sind. 3 der DZ befinden sich im ersten Stock. Das DZ ohne kleinem Balkon hat ein " kleines " integriertes Bad mit DU / WC und Waschbecken. Der Einstieg in die Dusche mit Glastür ist sehr eng, da das WC davor steht. Zwischen den beiden anderen DZ im 1 Stock befinden sich ein geräumiges Bad mit WC und Badewanne & Waschmaschiene.Im EG befindet sich eine schöne offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, grossem Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Ausreichend Geschirr Töpfe, Teller etc waren für uns 5 Erws vorhanden.Ein sehr heller, grosszügiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit grossen Fenster/Türelementen zur Terrasse hin ist modern mit großer Coach und Esstisch eingerichtet. TV und WiFi vorhanden. Ausserdem befindet sich im EG.ein Bad mit WC und DuZum weiteren Bad/WC/DU führt eine kleine Treppen ca 3 Stufen. Daneben ein weiterrs DZ. Über die gleiche Treppe gelangt man über die Aussentür zum privaten Aussenparkplatz und Garten zum Pool. Der Pool ist ca 5 x 9m groß.Die Villa liegt in einer privaten Villenanlage keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurant in der Nähe. Alle Häuser im ähnlichen Stil. Leider hatten wir 3 Tage Baulärm beim direkten Nachbarn durch Hilti,Bohrhammer Motorsense. Am Pool liegen war nicht möglich. Strand (Kies) zu Fuß (15Min) gut erreichbar. Einkaufen nur mit PKW . Es war eine tolle Zeit - wir kommen wieder. Danke George

Luxurious villa in peaceful location.

This was our first visit to.Cyprus and we will.definitely be back. From the moment we arrived, late at night after a delayed flight, we felt relaxed and at ease in this lovely villa. We are a family group of 7 adults and there was.more than enough room to live comfortably during our stay. We are always nervous when booking a villa, but this one definitely exceeded expectations and I couldn't recommend it enough! George had kindly left us a welcome package and dealt with any queries and issues we had promptly and efficiently. His son even dropped off some of the tastiest cookies i have ever had, after a small issue with the water pump (which was fixed quickly and without fuss too) The pool and outdoor area is gorgeous too and we spent many hours relaxing there. A car is a must as it is in a quiet area, which we loved. There is a town called Kiti about 8 minutes drive , with a pretty square, with a few restaurants and bars (including Tamala Bar, which has a pool table if you fancy it!) Its 15/20mins drive to Larnarca, where you will.find a plethora of restaurants and a lovely beach. (Try Italia Spaghetteria in Larnarca.. not on the sea front, but probably the best meal.of the holiday!) We drove to Nissi beach and Fig tree bay too (about 45mins) and.Pathos (about an hour) We had a fantastic time and will be visiting Cyprus again. I would definitely recommend this villa too. Gorgeous. Thank you.

The villa is very nice but with a bit of a strange layout. The shower door in the master bathroom only opens to about 30 degrees as it hits the toilet and noise from the main room with the TV funnels straight up the stairs to the three bedrooms but these are minor problems. George and his son could not have been more helpful but the big problem was something they could do nothing about. Cyprus had a terrible winter and the place was damp, the beds were damp and clammy right through the stay, damp bedclothes stick and are less than pleasant. Clothes hung in the wardrobes came out damp to put on but there was/is nothing that will solve this until the Cypriot summer sun dries the place out. There was obvious water damage on the kitchen wall and this is all to do with the way the houses are built, not with foul weather in mind. A villa up the road was so badly damaged it was taken off the market for the roof to be removed and repaired. Finding the entrance road, in the dark, was a challenge as it is a tiny entrance then the road opens out and the sign for the estate is small and partially obscured by a bush but once you know where it is you wonder why you had problems in the first place. The location is very quiet, the estate is small and there is a quick pedestrian route out to get to the sea which might be 300m as the crow flies but a tad further on foot. The pool is excellent, large and clean and was cleaned regularly during the two-week stay. Again the weather had affected the pool and it was very cold as was the sea. 30 years ago I often swam in the sea near Pathos on Christmas Day but would not have been happy in either pool or sea this year. The place is very well equipped and if anything goes wrong, as the kettle did, it was promptly replaced. Even the knives were sharp, not something one often finds in rented villas. All in all the group enjoyed the stay despite the odd problem and when the summer comes I am sure the place will easily rate 5 stars.

Beautiful villa

The villa is well situated with good access to many beautiful parts of Cyprus. It is well maintained and offered excellent accommodation which is spacious, modern and not overlooked. The outside areas is large with a wonderful pool. Thank you to George for the wine and basic provisions which were awaiting for us on our arrival. I would definitely recommend using this villa!

A fantastic holiday in a lovely villa

Wow, where do I start. The villa is superb and cannot fault any thing about our 3 week break.The Villa and appliances are all modern and the pool is lovely(cleaned twice a week). Had an electrical issue and George was on the ball and called in an electrician and was sorted very quickly . I would 100% recommend this villa for a holiday and would like to impress on you how professional George is making himself available for any questions but not intruding on your break.This is our 6th villa holiday in Cyprus and the villa is right up there with the best.Thanks George.

Great way to spend a relaxing week in the sun

Villa Anthea is everything we wanted during our stay in Cyprus. Modern, clean and stylish. It is in a quiet and private setting away from the busier towns but still within a short drive (15 mins) of Larnaca. A chilled bottle of wine and fresh fruit awaited us upon arrival and the manager was very efficient and friendly. Having never been to Cyprus before we left with a great impression of the island and its people. If you want a modern standard of living, set in a sunny quiet location for friends and family this is a wonderful spot. Many thanks!!

Andreas has studied Sound Engineering and Audio Production in Birmingham (UK) and is currently working as tutor and sound designer. His hobbies include making music, working out and cooking.
