UNCC, Concord Mills and Charlotte Motor Speedway are also conveniently accessible from this home. This home has everything you need! It is fully furnished with all utilities already set up for you, so no need to hassle with deposits and utilities to be turned on! Fenced in back yard and two car garage, washer and dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, stove all on site. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, with master bedroom en suite bathroom. There is a second full bath upstairs and downstairs there is a breakfast nook as well as formal dining room. Fireplace and backyard patio and front yard has a nice porch to sit out on. Quiet community oriented neighborhood. Well lit, safe and convenient to Charlotte, Concord, UNCC, Kannapolis, Lake Norman and Harrisburg areas. Much more suitable for someone who travels for extended times, and much more preferable to hotels. Great place to stay while you are house hunting or needing a place that doesn't require pet deposits or long term leases. We can accommodate any lease as long as it is for more than 30 days. High speed internet, cable, Netflix, water, sewer, trash and electric all a part of your utilities. Outdoor cameras for security. Lawn maintenance included. Working fire place. My husband and I both have travelled a lot both in the States and abroad and found that many times, there isn't a housing community available for short term or corporate housing that would allow for shorter leases or pets. Especially for family sized needs. Our neighborhood is very family oriented as well as having a fantastic school. We are lucky enough to be able to provide this and we wanted to offer this out to others in need in our community.

Why they chose this property

Great schools, large house with roomy bedrooms, full sized kitchens, great village location including family doctors, urgent care, restaurants, wine cellar, YMCA, places to cut your hair, gas stations as well as being very close I85 and surrounding areas such as Harrisburg, Charlotte, Kannapolis, Lake Norman. We also are very close to Concord Mills Mall and Charlotte Motor Speedway, both being minutes away by car. Fenced in backyard and two car garage included, pets welcome.

What makes this property unique

The ability to live in a single dwelling corporate home rather than a small cramped noisy hotel is very unique to begin with. In addition to this, ours is great for the business professional as we are located in close proximity to everything. Our school system is one of the best around and our neighborhood is very family oriented, with almost everything you could want within walking distance. We have a fenced in backyard with a patio that allows you to enjoy your stay in comfort and allows for you to have pets. We live 10 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway and 8 to Concord Mills Mall, and 15 to UNCC.
