Home is situated in Concord NC, close to Interstate I-85, Charlotte motor speedway, Concord Mills shopping, Canaan ballers, Amazon, Carolina Renaissance, & airports. Parking & WiFi provided. Well equipped kitchen, dedicated work space, free WiFi, Nice porch & patio to enjoy the outdoors. Home has 3 bedrooms tastefully decorated, with comfy beds & 2 full baths.

Home is on almost 1 acre lot so very spacious, private & provides a tranquil gateway.

Large Front porch an inviting sitting space, to enjoy your morning or evening tea/coffee overlooking well wooded relaxing views.

Large living room with ample relaxation space, well furnished and decorated for your enjoyment. Comfy sofas, TV +WiFi for your streaming needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The hosts were incredibly accommodating—especially appreciated since we were staying due to a water leak at our primary residence. The home had all the amenities our family needed, making a stressful situation much more comfortable. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Great Place to Stay

Nice quiet neighborhood, large lot plenty of parking and a carport! Open concept layout kitchen has a large island perfect for cooking and entertaining. Very clean shows like a new house well maintained. Hosts are responsive and professional. Thanks Cassy & Larry we enjoyed our stay at your place!

Perfect house for us.

We chose this house based on location to Johnson Wales. It ended up being in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and comfortable. We cooked dinner in most nights and the kitchen was well stocked. We did have an issue with the refrigerator but Cassy & Larry were excellent in communicating with us and provided us with a large mini fridge for our stay. If my daughter ends up at JWU we will definitely be back.

Peaceful, Clean and Convenient Location

My sister, niece and I stayed here during the Renaissance Festival. We very much enjoyed our stay and will choose this location again next year. SO Peaceful and Comfortable! There is a huge front yard if you have children or adults that like to play sports outside. The only thing I would bring next time for supplies would be dish soap if you want to hand wash dishes, kitchen size trash bags (only 1 was provided) plastic wrap and/or aluminum foil if you need it. Towels are plush, and there was body wash and shampoo. We LOVED our stay!
