Welcome to Casa Fiordaliso, where elegance and comfort come together in perfect harmony. Breathe in the authentic atmosphere of Versilia and relax in the prestigious neighborhood of Focette, just 500 meters from the sea, far from the chaos but close to all the attractions.

The house is set in a delightful and pleasant light blue villa, which has been recently renovated.

Appreciate and enjoy the large garden that surrounds it for over 400 square meters, ideal for sunbathing, reading a book, or eating outdoors: privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. Two sun loungers and a large table for six people, as well as a parasol, complete the green space that is all yours.

Experience the minimalist elegance and comfort of the house, with its original furnishings and vintage items carefully selected by the owners.

You will be welcomed by a very large, airy open-plan living area, flooded with natural light, whose view of the garden and outdoor dining area makes it even more pleasant, creating a harmonious dialogue between the interior and exterior.
Here you will also find a double sofa bed with a 20 cm high ergonomic mattress that guarantees a good night's sleep.

The kitchen is equipped like your own and is ideal for those who love to cook: dishwasher, oven, microwave, utensils, and everything you need to prepare whatever you want.

There are two bedrooms: one double, with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers; the other with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and desk with drawers. Both rooms have large windows overlooking the greenery.

There are also two comfortable bathrooms with windows, complete with shower and bidet.

All the main rooms are equipped with air conditioning, double glazing, and mosquito nets, allowing for rest, silence, and air circulation.

If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking space inside the property and ride your bike to the beach.

Despite being a stone's throw from the coast and the best restaurants and bars on the coast, Casa Fiordaliso maintains its characteristic of absolute privacy, being surrounded by greenery and offering a large outdoor area for your exclusive use. Its comfort is priceless.

- gute und zentrale Lage in einem schönen Badeort mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - Bagnos gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar; kleiner, freier Strand in weiterer Entfernung - schöner und gepflegter Garten mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, der zum Verweilen einlädt - Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, bequeme Matratzen und Kissen - tolle Tipps der Gastgeberin, nette und schnelle Kommunikation

Schönes Appartement mit tollem Garten

Das Appartement ist schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Elena ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die jederzeit via WhatsApp verfügbar ist. Als wir sie fragten , ob man im Appartement einen Sparschäler finden könne, fuhr sie kurzerhand zum nächsten Supermarkt und kaufte uns einen. Fantastisch! Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön und perfekt mit Kindern. Negativ war, dass man seinen Abfall bei Abreise persönlich zu einer 5 Autominuten entfernten Abgabestelle fahren muss. Die Lage war leider für unsere Situation (2 Kleinkinder) eher ungünstig. Man ist zwar in 10 Minuten Fußweg am Meer, die Straße hat allerdings keinen Gehweg. Mit den Kleinen war der Weg so zu Fuß zu beschwerlich, weshalb wir idR mit dem Auto gefahren sind und somit keinen Nutzen aus dem fußläufig erreichbaren Strand hatten. Den dortige Strandabschnitt empfanden wir als mäßig attraktiv, er besteht ausschließlich aus Bagnos direkt an der vierspurigen Straße. Keine Promenade, keine Geschäfte usw.

Meraviglioso

Eine sehr schöne & stilvolle Ferienwohnung, die allen notwendigen Komfort bietet. Vor allem der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war überaus herzlich & unkompliziert und sie hat uns mit sehr vielen, wertvollen Tipps bzgl. Essengehen & der näheren Umgebung versorgt. Das von ihr vorgeschlagene Strandbad war die Krönung schlechthin! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung aufs Wärmste empfehlen!

Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento Fiordaliso per le nostre vacanze in Versilia e mi sento di consigliarlo al 100%, sia per vacanze in famiglia che con amici. L'appartamento è comodo ed elegante, in una bella zona residenziale a 300 metri dal mare. Si trova in una villa ristrutturata di recente e gode della massima privacy e di tutti i comfort. Bello il giardino attrezzato, belle le camere, bella la zona living, la cucina è comoda e con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo cercato a lungo una sistemazione del genere e credo che il rapporto qualità prezzo considerata la zona sia assolutamente eccellente. Padrone di casa disponibili e bella accoglienza.

Casa stupenda a due passi dal mare ma in una zona residenziale tranquilla. Bellissimo il giardino, ottima la pulizia e la disponibilità delle proprietarie. La cucina è attrezzata e soprattutto tutto pulito. La consiglio a famiglie come noi che hanno bambini.

Molto confortevole, ben arredato, massima privacy, cucina corredata di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ottima ubicazione nel quartiere di Focette, zona chic fuori dal caos molto verde. Splendido per famiglie con bimbi. A pochi munuti a piedi dal mare. Proprietarie deliziose e accoglienza piacevole, ci hanno mandato anche prima dell'arrivo una utile guida ai dintorni. Ottimo lo stabilimento convenzionato.Non esitate (sempre che troviate posto!)!

Splendido appartamento nella zona residenziale di Focette. Massima privacy e grande comfort, ideale per le famiglie o per gruppi di amici. Giardino curato dove i bambini possono giocare tranquilli, perfetto per cenare all’aperto. Posizione strategica, vicinissimo al mare ma fuori dal caos. Accoglienza calorosa e grande disponibilità delle proprietarie, che ci hanno dato molti consigli sui dintorni. E’ da molti anni che frequentiamo la Versilia ed è raro trovare sistemazioni così. Il top!

L'appartamento Fiordaliso (1217520) si è rivelato L’ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax, del comfort e della privacy. A due passi dal mare e immerso nell’atmosfera elegante e riservata della località Focette, Fiordaliso è impeccabile: l’arredamento chic, le ampie stanze luminose e il giardino, che offre la possibilità di cenare con la famiglia e gli amici all’aperto, regalano sicuramente un tocco in più alla permanenza in Versilia. Tantissime le comodità della casa, tra cui aria condizionata, parcheggio privato e allarme. Il servizio fornito delle proprietarie si è rivelato sempre puntuale e di alto livello, pulizia ottima. La casa inoltre si trova a pochissimi metri di distanza da una grande Esselunga molto rifornita, da boutique, ristoranti e gelaterie (e l’ospedale ;-)! )

OTTIMA LOCATION PER UNA VACANZA RILASSANTE

Ho passato una settimana con mio marito e i nostri due figli presso l'appartamento Fiordaliso nella Villa Azzurra. Un posto magico, arredamento perfetto per rendere il soggiorno unico ed esclusivo, cura dei particolari (abbiamo anche trovato una bottiglia di prosecco ad accoglierci), uno splendido giardino dove poter mangiare al fresco della sera. Inoltre molto vicino al mare e comodo a tutti i servizi. Ultima ma non meno importante, al disponibilità e la cortesia di Elena, la proprietaria, gentile e sempre sorridente. Grazie davvero! Torneremo presto!
