Holiday home near Montefrío, in the province of Granada, Andalucia.

This comfortable holiday home is set in a quiet and tranquil environment, thanks to which it becomes the perfect place for spending your well-deserved holidays. It is surrounded by holm oaks and olive trees and enjoys a beautiful view of the valley, where olive groves and oak forests are. From the house, you can also spot the Parapanda Sierra (a 1,604-mt-high mountain) and enjoy breathtaking dawns.

The house is fully equipped. You will find a dining-living room with fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, both with double beds; in addition, through one of these, you will have access to another space with two single beds. This house is, therefore, ideal for spending a family holiday in a pleasant setting. Please note that the bedrooms will be opened depending on the number of people renting the house.

The living room is provided with air-con, and the three bedrooms rely on electric radiators.

Outside, you will find a large terrace with barbecue, a fenced private pool and outdoor furniture that lets you relax in the sunshine.

The access to this fully fenced plot is possible via a 600-mt unpaved lane. The house is part of a complex of three houses, all independent.

If, during your stay, you want to do some activities, the environment offers many different possibilities. Several walking routes are organised from the holiday home, as well as cultural visits to the main museums and monuments of Montefrío.

Die Betten waren etwas hart (aber wir hatten noch nie eine Villa mit tollen Betten in Spanien - sogar zum doppelten Preis). Blick zum Sterben - sehr friedlich, es sei denn, die angrenzenden Villen sind voll - aber dann fühlten wir uns sicher zu wissen, dass Menschen in der Nähe waren. Die Leute, die sich um die Villa kümmerten, waren sehr geduldig mit unserem fehlenden Spanisch und sehr fröhlich - danke! Alles in allem - wunderbare zwei Wochen auf dem Campus.

We have traveled to the Andalucía quite a few times and we have found a little gem with this villa we wanted to keep it secret that would be selfish it’s got everything you need it’s set in wonderful surroundings with Montefrío and Granada near by and plenty of walking and are two border collies loved there holiday and the villa is a credit to Jose and family they do look after you

Unos días geniales. Completamente relax. La casa esta muy limpia, la cocina con todo tipo de menaje, no se necesita llevar nada, ni abridor de vino ni copas ni nada de nada. Bastantes ollas y sartenes, incluso hay una paellera. La cafetera es de filtros, eso si que no llevamos, pero en la cocina habia unos pocos, no sé si porque el dueño lo pone o de otros inquilinos que lo dejaron alli. Nos dejaron un montón de toallas limpias. En general todo perfecto. Y tranquilidad, mucha tranquilidad... Muchas gracias por todo! Nos encantó la casa, la tranquilidad y vuestro trato inmejorable! Saludos para todos!

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Logement propre. Deux autres villas également en location à proximité. Belle vue sur les oliviers. Equipement (vaisselle) complet. Deux des trois chambres restent fraîches malgré de fortes températures en journée (altitude 1000 m environ).

Nous sommes partis avec nos 4 enfants qui se sont régalés, et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au soir tellement le temps était au rendez vous.
