A detached barn conversion located in the village of Rhoslefain in North Wales, it can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Yr Hen Beudy is a detached barn conversion in the North Wales village of Rhoslefain, near Llwyngwril. It has a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower, basin and WC. Also inside there is a kitchen diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside sits off-road parking for two cars and a south-facing courtyard garden with a table and chairs. Yr Hen Buedy is a stunning cottage in the perfect spot for a romantic retreat.

Amenities: Calor gas central heating and multi fuel wood burner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge. TV with Freeview, DVD, super fast broadband, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed courtyard with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 3 miles. Beach 1 mile.
Note: No e-bikes are allowed on the premises and not to be charged from the cottage's electrical output (this is for health and safety purposes). Note: Not suitable for children or toddlers, babes-in-arms only. Note: Sloping ceilings and some restricted head height in bedroom and en-suite. Note: Your approach to the cottage takes you through a neighbouring farmyard with some nearby barns which are in use by the farmer, please be advised that these barns will be in full use during the lambing season, usually March. Note: complimentary wood pack available October to March further nets of wood can be supplied at £6 per net.

Town: The village of Rhoslefain, stands on the Dysynni Valley, at the southern end of the Snowdonia National Park, an area renowned for sea and mountain views. 9 miles away is the village of Aberdovey, popular for its beaches, sailing and golf course. Aberdovey is referred to as an "artist's paradise" with its pastel cottages, small shops, inns and restaurants. The village boasts fine beaches with 4 miles of sand dune-backed shoreline running north to Tywyn, a Victorian town with a promenade, putting green, leisure centre, restaurants, cafés and fish and chip shops. The beaches are popular with sunbathers, swimmers, surfers and fishermen, while the estuary attracts watersports enthusiasts. The peaks of the Cader Idris and Aran Fawddwy are within reach and are complemented by the Dovey and Dysynni valleys nearby. An ideal area for walkers, climbers, beachcombers and wildlife watchers, this artists' paradise is a wonderful year-round coastal location.
