The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, family size fridge/freezer, air frier, washing machine and dishwasher and dining seating for four, there is also a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for two small cars and a rear garden with a gravelled area and lawn. Complimentary welcome pack on arrival. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Railway station is approx 1/3 mile away serving Barmouth /Harlech in one direction and Aberdovey/Oswestry in the other direction. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 0.6 miles a pub and 0.7 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to North Wales at Hen Bopty. Note: The front garden is enclosed by wooden gates that can be shut after parking. Note: There is a step up into the kitchen/diner, please take care. Note: The steps up to the first floor are narrow and steep, please take care. Note: There is restricted head height and a narrow doorway leading into the king-size bedroom, please take care.
