Set peacefully within the glorious Snowdonia National Park, just 3 miles from Fairbourne’s sandy beach, and with direct access to the Mawddach Trail, this comfortable and spacious detached barn conversion with its own half-acre garden enjoys a beautiful setting overlooking the estuary with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Sympathetically converted, it stands in 85 acres of woodland and sheep-farming land, which visitors are welcome to explore. With a bothy, camp fire site and fixed orienteering trail available on site. Walking, mountain bike trails, riding, golf and fishing locally. Sailing at Barmouth 12 miles. Shops 5 miles, pub 3 miles.
