Cozy apartment with sea views and great location. Located in a building with a communal pool and less than 5 minutes walk from the very long "Matorral Beach" and all kinds of services and restaurants. The apartment is ideal if you want to forget the car and walk everywhere.
The apartment is on the second floor of the Palm Garden complex, and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. It has a small terrace with good views of the sea, Solana Matorral beach and Saladar avenue.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need during your stay, also sheets and towels.
There is a communal pool in the building that can be used for free by the guests of the apartment
