Cozy apartment with sea views with large private terrace and community pool. Unbeatable location, less than 400m from the seashore, less than 300m from the beach, 100m from buses and taxis, 50m from supermarket, restaurants and shops.

Accommodation
Beautiful newly renovated apartment on the first floor of the Palm Garden complex.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom, living room-kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the sea. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which is great for couples with a child. The building has an elevator.

Services
- Initial and final cleaning is included. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, it would cost € 12 per hour.
- Guests can enjoy both the large community pool and solarium located on the second floor, from which there are also great views.
- We receive guests personally. We can be reached by e-mail or telephone during your stay if you need us.

Surroundings
The apartment is located in the Palm Garden complex. The location could not be better since less than 400 m (less than 5 minutes walk) is the seashore.

Both bus and taxi stops are only 100 meters away and private pharmacies and medical services are 200 meters away. Just outside the entrance of the apartment there are all kinds of services (restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, shops, supermarkets, car rental companies, bicycle rentals, etc.).

Also nearby are diving, surfing and windsurfing clubs, as well as companies to hire guided excursions.

How to move
Staying in this apartment you will not need to have a car since you can comfortably reach everywhere on foot.

However, if you want to know the island and get lost in its coves and corners it is advisable to have a car.

-The Entry Time is from 4:00 p.m. and the Departure Time is before 12:00. However, we can be flexible with schedules, as long as there are no entries or exits from other customers. Consult us in this regard with your expected arrival and departure times.
- The house is rented to smokers, but please be smoked only on the terrace.
- Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
- It is necessary to deposit a security deposit of € 200 in cash to be paid when entering the house, which will be returned the day of your departure once it has been verified that there are no damages in the house.

Fijn appartement aan zee!!

Ondanks dat het appartement niet nieuw is hebben wij een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het appartement is zuiver werkelijk alles is aanwezig zelfs koelelementen een luchtbed parasol echt alles!! Naresh & Evelyn zijn superaardig en staan altijd voor je klaar! Prima bed en een wasmachine, en een supergroot terras met uitzicht op zee! Wij hebben een perfecte vakantie gehad!!

Top Zustand. Nur die Tür zur Dusche lässt sich nicht schließen, weil die Waschmaschine im Weg ist.

Very good But

Very clean functional apartment with an extreemlly comfortable double bed. Centrally located close to excellent beeches and restaurants. On a slight note of criticism the toilet door could not close because the large washing machine was in the way. The owners hadn't even provided a bottle of water for new guests. In some places weve visited theyve provided a courtesy bottle pf wine, water and a bowl of fruit! Small cheap and welcoming!

fantastic amazing apartment

we stayed at this amazing apartment in Feb it has the best view and the terrace is to die for spent most of our days their all day till evening the apartment is set right above the shops and bars but is set so far back no noise at all. The inside is spotless high-end appliances.The representative for the property Jazmine is so very helpful and accommodating in every way I can't give this place a 10 I would we will definitely staying here again regards lynn and francis

Worth a return visit

I meant to write this review six months ago but never got round to it. I am prompted now as I hope to return during the coming winter. This isn't a luxury flat but it had all we needed. The location is excellent - there is a range of restaurants and bars nearby and we were quite happy walking into the centre of Morro Jable. For those not into walking there is a frequent bus service. The apartment block is set back from the beach but you can be swimming in the sea within five minutes, You can also swim and sunbathe on one of the upper floors. The apartment itself is modern, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. the only thing missing is WiFi, but we overcame that by linking to the WiFi of the bar immediately below the apartment. The signal wasn't great but adequate for email, newsfeeds, Twitter and Facebook. Don't be put off by the fact that the apartment is above a bar and overlooking the main road. Noise was never a problem. Jazmin was there to greet us on our arrival and would have been available throughout had we needed help.
